My GF tried to ST me when we went out to dinner with my son the other night. I simply told her to stop the nonsense and enjoyed the meal and went home. No woman will stand in my way of my enjoyment and I will not give her the power over me. That night she wanted to talk about it more and I simply held my ground and told her I wasn't going to be part of her problem and went to sleep. I got up the next morning and went for a marathon ride on my new Indian Chieftain, came home and she started spilling her guts and apologized. She apologized for disrespecting me and I straight up told her I'm not that kind of guy that tolerates that behavior and she has some choices to make for herself. Be cool with me, and I'm cool with you or hit the road.

Just adding an example of a shit test I experienced myself years ago. I was 18 years old working in a restaurant and my responsibilities this particular evening were to do dishes. The girl everybody in the restaurant wanted was supposed to take care of her own dishes though, but all the other guys would do hers for her. She dropped hers off in my sink while I wasn’t around and when I came back and noticed, I pulled all her dishes out and brought them back to her station and said, “I’m not fuckin’ doin’ these.” She looked like I punched her in the face. Three weeks later I was railing her.

Guys, I have been around for a long while, and have been shit tested a million times or more. You see many younger guys looking for a list of specific responses, or tips, pointers, one liners. Thats really not the way to approach it. If you approach it with a proper frame of mind, than any answer you give will work just fine. Make sure your frame is correct, and everything else will fall into place, easily.

I have gone from a disgusting blue pill nice guy to a man who dated 7 women simultaneously. Once you get it, youll have it for life. Once when I was a pup, I was waiting by an elevator and this pretty girl and another guy showed up (not together). The guy introduced himself to the girl and she snapped right back with the "I have a boyfriend" line (and a very dismissive tone), to which he replied "that's okay, I'm not the jealous type". She didn't like that and it made me chuckle out loud. She turned to me, angry-like, and said: "Oh you think that's funny?" and then I started laughing and said "no, it's hilarious". The guy smiled at me and we high five'd in front of her. Elevator showed up and we got in, but she just stood there, staring at us fuming. I asked her if she was getting in, to which the guy pulled me in and said "I don't think that's a good idea" and the doors closed on her, both of us laughing (not at her for my part, but at how ridiculous the whole thing was). This guy was pretty chill. I told him something like "B****es be crazy" and he said she was probably just having a bad day. Anyway, I saw them sitting together later, talking in the cafeteria (and she was obvious and flirty with him). I was a bit dumbfounded about it since I was unaware of STs at the time. I remember this years later now because it was one of those WTF moments that kinda make you ponder hard on how things work.

When he pulled you on the elevator, his dismissive remark demonstrated that he was unattached to the outcome. That last move likely sent her looking for him.

Women are attracted to men with these traits, but they are not attracted to disingenuous men. If you are a strong, confident man, why would you not want to be genuine? The WORST thing you can do is to do or say things that are not true to who you are just to be accepted by a woman. PLUS, the only ST you ever need to give a woman is being yourself and seeing if she's cool with it.
That wasn’t the problem. You should always be genuine. Just don’t tolerate anyone, male or female, who doesn’t act actually. Attitude, boundaries, etc.

My god I wish I had found this page/group 7 moths ago. I have just broken it off with a chick that would crap test me on almost a daily basis. Jealous comments, wanting to see my phone, calling me at night to check if I was at my place when I wasn't staying at hers. When she knew full well I would be getting up to go to the gym at 5am the next morning. And I put up with it for 7 months like the good little Beta she wanted! Never again. This group has taught me to actually put some value on myself & I don't have to put up with being a punching bag. SO A BIG THANK YOU.
Dealing with woman can be tough once you swallow the Red Pill, but once you get used to living this way you gain a lot of traction, and skills. It does require men being disciplined, and staying on the path. I'm reluctant to not have a woman distracting me right now so I can learn, and keep watching these videos to gain more knowledge.

My wife of 11 years tried a ST early on. We had just started dating when she says "your bday is coming, what do you want?" I say, "please don't get me a gift. I don't like it, it makes me uncomfortable. " her: "ok, I won't, but don't get me anything for mine." When her bday came she's obviously upset, I say "I'm not gonna play bullshit mind games with you. I will not look for hidden meaning in your words. Be upfront like an adult or else." That was the last ST I took.

Every woman you are romantically involved with, will crap test you. Expect it, and get over it. You need to learn how to deal with it, and HOW you deal with it, will depend on the particularities of her personality. The key aspect to this issue, centers around vetting a woman. If minor issues, result in major crap tests, and you are dealing with her crap tests on a continuous basis, you probably need to delete her from your contact lists. Don't feed her inner drama monster....just move on.
Facts especially about the if minor issues result in major crap test then cut her off. It'll only get worse from there so walk away.

Why?! Cuz the second they become consistent (can take a year or two some do it in a year but spend 10 hrs on avg in front of the screen teaching themselves the craft of trading and backtesting and practicing on demo then on live.....a process which could take a year or two), they simply put the profits in another different account within their broker and grow that account. Once they’re satisfied with how much they have in that second account (or third some like to have like big medium account where they save their profits into their broker), he simply divorces her. He already now knows how to make bank and he only needs to wait when all the legal stuff is done regarding how much he needs to pay her. Better yet if he just makes sure it’s a consistent payment depending if he has kids. And he’s good to go (I know it’s not as simple as that but most concerns is regarding money).....with that skill his worries of money could be lessened...anyways cheers 👍😎🙏

In college I was seeing this girl and one time out of nowhere she says "There's this guy I'm planning on marrying who is gonna be an engineer. He is way smarter than you". I had no idea if she was serious or testing me, but either way I knew I wouldn't deal with that crap. At the time, it hurt cuz I did like her and the idea that she had another guy in line was terrible. I decided just to move on and after I ignored her for a few weeks, she was trying WAY harder to attract me. I ended up doing better at getting her to chase me by not even trying at all than by actively trying.

Thats the key, a lot of people already think these things but say something different out of fear of a bad interaction or losing someone. If youre confident in yourself and your ability to not have that person in your life then you can say the things you always wanted to.
What always worked for me is I only talked about what I wanted to talk about, I only do as I wanted to do. If a girl ever asked me "Why can't you...." I would ignore that or walk away. Do not take on her interests. Do not go shopping if you don't want to, do not visit her family if you don't want to. Do what you want to and if she's into that to then great, if not, next.
So that's why this relationship I've been in has lasted for so long? Seriously I just do my own thing just always have.
The only time a woman is not crap-testing a man is when she is trying hard to catch one just out of her reach.

When you: 1) remain cool headed, relaxed, your temper is in check, and 2) ignore and dismiss her tests (with not more than an "i see" maybe even make fun of her ) , 3) stay focused on increasing your value. You remain in your frame, she'd want to remain in your frame too. Bet on your value and your constant pursuit of increasing it. If she leaves and that's rare, find a better one because of no.3.
Here’s one you’ll get after being in a relationship for a few months: “how come you don’t post pics of us/me on social media?” Guys - that’s a major league ST question. I got it one time and responded “because I don’t do that” and left it there. She got quiet and never brought it up again.

One that just came to mind. gf of 2 years not happy with the way i was driving, too dangerous apparently, because i was looking at the satnav too much. big bust up, then she says "let me out" when we are 500 miles from home and in a city she doesnt know. Just experienced this a few hours ago. My wife of 7 years got upset at me because I told her I couldn’t help her do laundry. She told me it was messed up I wasn’t helping her. I listened to her feelings didn’t fall into her frame stayed strong like an oak tree 🌲. She was still a bit upset but what happened next I will never forgot. She subconsciously did this. I was putting on my clothes to go out and she looks at me tells me the pants 👖 I’m trying to wear look ugly on me she didn’t like them. Exactly how a man ought to behave. My husband told me early in our dating that he didn't like my sulking - in a very objective manner. I respected him enough to stop sulking. In our 21 years of marriage (he's since passed), I don't think I ever disrespected him again because he earned my respect day in and day out. Truly a man of high character.

Great Video Rich ! , really insightful. One Competency Test that most men fail at is a women testing to see if a man gets jealous when she talks about about another guy I.e the man becomes defensive. Firstly men can respond and answer like its any other topic question and don’t get defensive. Secondly shut her down straight away by saying something like ‘when we are in conversation we should just focus on you and I’. I prefer the latter as it shuts her down straight away and you maintain your frame and also I would much rather have a women talk about how great I am compared to another guy. Keep in mind though the best way is to chase greatness and not women 💯

The worst Sh!t test is when young 8’s 9’s and 10’s (and those that think they are) name drop. It’s usually a name of athlete, b tv / reality star, musician / dj. They are basically letting you know who they bang. Women do it among themselves to gain a hierarchy, It’s a major turn off to men. It kills organic chemistry. A reply would be “where is he now”, or “it didn’t work out?” I now just say “cool” and leave. Its not worth my time to compete with her one nite stand memories. I used to keep chasing but a drink or two later it’s another name, usually in a weird way like “you remind me of drummer of (insert name) band I used to hang out with”. Take them to a nice restaurant and then it’s “this reminds me of where I met “insert name”. At the minimum it sets up a one and done conquest but to spend major time with someone like that who would drop everything if her phone buzzed at 3am for an athlete or b celebrity hookup - nah
