    - Get better sleep (6-8 hours)
-Eat healthier and less processed food
-Have a clear goal (has to mean something to you)
-Work towards where you want to be in 10 years
-Reduce your dopamine (cut down on games, sugary foods, social media etc.)
-Have a general guideline for a routine (can turn into habits eventually)
-Be in an environment that is comfortable and helps you get inspired (cafes, hotel lobbies, restaurants etc.)
-Categorize things to be more efficient (gmail labels etc.)

Meditation, cold showers, and reading aren’t necessary however… if you look at the wealthiest people there is a common denominator of reading. From a neurological perspective meditation (even just 5 min) is the best thing you can do to your body apart from exercising. Cold showers release dopamine and energize you while working on your mental strength.
Your body has a battery that must be recharged. While these aren’t necessary of course (nothing is necessary if you think about it) they sure do help

I found this video exceedingly helpful actually, especially given that my name is also Sebastian haha. Small parts like 6:08, where you are talking in third person about yourself, feels like you're talking directly through the screen to me! But yeah, I'll definitely take a few things into consideration, and take some action to improve my productivity and drive throughout my life. Thanks, Seb!

Honestly this video helped me out a lot. I woke up at 4 am and did an early morning run. After, I showered. Immediately after that, I got on RUclips to check my recent video I upload because I am fairly new to RUclips and I want to start doing videos on RUclips. When I got on RUclips, I saw your video. The title alone gravitated me to click it. Job well done on that. I watched the entire video and it was great, meaningful, with a ton of substance. Thank you for that. I definitely subscribed after. One last thing, for a new RUclipsr like myself, is there any advice you can give me in terms of creating videos, cameras, mics, editing and etc I can apply to my channel? Any piece of advice will be great!!

I do smoke a fair amount of weed but recently i have been trying to better myself. I wont give up weed but i will have a time to smoke rather then doing what i have been. I do vape and on my last nic pod with some 0 nic pods around, out of work, but this guy speaks to me more then most people i have watched. I have 0 experience whatsoever with making money and maintaining it. I have worked before and i am just out of highschool. this comment was kind of pointless but writing it it had meaning. To me anyways

So I've realised this thing that I am really addicted to these kind of videos but never do a single bit of what it says cause I already know what must be done but actually too lazy to do it so I end up watching a whole bunch of those just to feel the short-termed motivation of the video while sitting all day on my couch

I can do all of this I had done it. The hard part for me is how to schedule and prioritise the time with my family and my girlfriend. They are important to me. It is hard to keep up with your productivity that you talked in the video while you should spend lot time with your close ones. I am not complaining I am just asking for help. Should I make the time with my girlfriend and my family shorter but put more quality in it or I should do something else. It is hard because you want to see them and you miss them and even if you make through that, you can’t make it through the fact that you disappoint them and make them feel unwanted because you want to spend a little more time for your productivity and not with them.
