Curry Leaf Kuzhambu by Chef Sunder - கறிவேப்பிலை குழம்பு | Recipecheckr

  • This video we are making the traditional Curry leaf kuzhambu. this curry leaf kuzhambu is rich in iron and it's super healthy dish. Mostly we use curry leaves in kuzhambu but now we are reparing a kuzhambu based on curry leaves. this dish can be done in 3 stages.
    First is making the curry leaf base paste, and then mixing it to prepare the kuzhambu. After that at the third stage, we do the tempering process.

    Here are the ingredients for making this Curry leaf Kuzhambu.
    Curry Leaf Kuzhambu
    For Paste
    Gingelly oil - 2 tbs
    Coriander seeds - 4 tsp
    Urid dal - 2 tsp
    Fenugreek - ½ tsp
    Red chillies - 6 nos
    Grated coconut - ½ cup
    Curry leaves - 1 cup
    For Kuzhambu
    Gingelly oil - 2 laddles
    Garlic - 12 nos
    Shallots - 25 nos
    Curry Leaves - few
    Tomato - 2 nos
    Tamarind pulp - 1 cup
    Coriander powder - 1 ½ tsp
    Chilli powder - ½ tsp
    Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
    Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
    Jaggary - 3 gms
    Salt - As per taste
    For Tampering
    Gingelly oil - 1 tsp
    Mustard seeds - ¾ tsp
    Curry leaves - 1 spring
    Asafoetida - 1 pinch
