(These 2 items are not readily available in the kitchen ). If the salt added is little more , then how to rectify ? 4. Whether to keep the Curd rice in fridge till it is required or not . 4.

Dear Chef... You shows a different way of preparing curd rice...Well appreciated..I personally do a different way... Plain Nandini Curd ... Seasoning with Coconut oil -mustard, small lentils, coriander,curry leaves, ginger mixing with any form of rice which gets soften texture, usually I prefer aged Broken rice or Rajmudi red rice which makes a perfect blend..
Two mistakes we don't do. Curd Rice will be more tastier if you do not add pogranite and grapes. Because curd rice should be 100% traditional. This is our opinion.

i use less milk and more on curd...otherwise we won't feel the sourness
