The combat in Hellblade 2 is very basic as you say, however, it features extremely responsive animation canceling, so I'm not sure what you guys were talking about there.

I'm repeatedly surprised how everyone that's not happy with Hellblade 2 acts like they were supposed to love it and didn't know exactly what it was going to be. Expectations were very clearly set, and it's obviously not for everyone

The point of the psychosis is to be annoying the point of the first climb is its supposed to be hard its a reflection of the character. This game is senuas story it isn't bad it is exactly what it is supposed to be.
