I have a question regarding humidity and carbon dioxide: if you run high humidity in grow room and at the same time carbon dioxide level increases, where automatically switches on ventilation to flow out the air, which might decrease humidity level at the same time. How you deal with such case?

Yeah that is the balance of how to change air out and keep it humid. Typically I have the air exchange on a timer and run the humidifier while new air is coming in.
