Why does the reinforcement just lie on the ground without a protective layer, will it not begin to deteriorate from rust? And how is concrete prepared, tell us how much sand, cement and crushed stone there is?
What’s the average cost for a rancher home concrete foundation (2200 sq ft)? With everything worked in labor/material/permits.

It looks good, but I don't know why anyone would put grass that close to a pool, and all those grass strips are going to be a maintenance headache, but setting aside the questionable design you were contracted to build, the concrete was done well. Nice work guys.

Real cool. Just a shame you didnt have an HD shot of the final product. I think it fits the aesthetic of the 'expensive southern cali cement turf backyard' but I dont like that dark blue pool contrasting with the white concrete. Also the fire pit bench looks cool, but the color/material choice is bland apart from the wood bench. I dont have a backyard that looks nice, nor is this large, nor could invest the $150k this guy did to achieve it, so its real good compared to the weeds I got.

Why dont you just use a thicker concrete instead of correcting the same concrete multiple times? Ive never seen that much correction on concrete before
