I reckon he's refinanced his home loan and borrowed money from his father. I wish him good health but I fear it's like the majority of the others - A credit card cowboy. There's about to be a massive crunch and those saddled up with debt are going to be destitute. Inflation is really at about 15% and will go to 25% in the next 2 years. Interest rates are heading north too. There will be a social collapse in the West.
