Just add vinegar! Few people know this secret! A simple and quick bread recipe. My grandmother taught me to cook. Amazing taste. Everyone can bake fragrant and airy homemade bread.
Minimal ingredients. If desired, you can add seeds and carrots. Try baking some homemade bread and write to me.
Recipe and ingredients:
380 ml warm water.
1 tablespoon sugar.
8 g dry yeast.
Mix well.
Leave on for 5 minutes.
Mix.
50 ml vegetable oil.
Add 20 ml apple cider vinegar.
Mix all ingredients together.
Sift 600 g flour.
1 teaspoon salt.
Mix well.
Knead the dough until it is medium soft.
Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, divide the dough into 2 parts.
Roll them into a ball.
Let rise in a warm place for 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough to the desired size
Fold as shown in the video
Secure the edges.
Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Cover and let rest for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle water over it.
Add some flour over it.
Make a cut with a blade or sharp knife.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°/356°F for 30-35 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly.
I recommend cooking it.
