2001 Powerstroke F350 7.3 - installing 11-16 Cowl and Wiper motor assembly

If you have a beat up 11-16 cowl, dont throw it away use it as a template, it def helps with lining up the holes good, otherwise its a guessing game trying to make it fit with the studs in place. Now that its finally fitted it cleans up the nose much better and it all looks pretty factory if you dont know, It does take time to make it neat and not chop chop looking.

Great content! I am doing a conversion myself, but do not have a spare cowl. Can you share measurements of where you drilled the holes on the passenger side? Like maybe what the distance is from the the closest stock hole and from that little step right below the windshield? That would really help since I am looking to drill those holes as well as opposed to cutting the tabs off and only bolting on the bottom side.
