    Is yoga is recommended in prolapse.

      there are yoga for prolapse videos that are excellent. so yes.

    But then how do you join a class like crossfit, Krav magra or kickboxing...or anything...I want to do hard stuff, I gave up on exercise because it so depressing 😕finding out I could do classes or "normal" exercise, I fit so out of shape, I want my upper abs workout too, not just the ones u workout in a light workout...😢

    Means both the legs can not lift together. My wife is suffering prolapse from one year.

      Yes, that is exactly what that means. No double leg lifts, means do not lift both legs at the same time. There are so many core exercises that require that like, bicycle, v-sits, double crunches etc. These exercises are absolutely not recommended for women with prolapse. We have videos on our channel with core work she can do...check them out and thank you for your question! Is there anything else we can help you with?
