    Thank you Jessica for this channel and all the wonderful information. I am also a pilates instructor, have been teaching for 16 years. I was just diagnosed with grade 3 prolapse and through my research I found you!! So happy I found you with all of your first hand knowledge. I was wondering if you have a reformer workout with prolapse? I am now slowly going through many of the pilates exercises on the reformer and finding there are a lot of them I can't do because they increase the downward pressure.. I was wondering if you have a reformer workout with prolapse in your library of videos?

    I have a bladder prolapse and have worked with a physical therapist. After being fitted for a pessary from my gynecologist, I felt like I got my life back. But, the pessary leads to more frequent bladder leakage, so I'd like to do more. I've started following your exercise programs for prolapse and wondered if you'd recommend doing them while wearing the pessary or without? I'm following your story and considering surgery to repair my prolapse, with plans to discuss options with a urogynecologist. Thanks for all you have shared. So nice not to feel alone in this journey!

    Remember, removing the uterus cuts blood supply from ovaries & fallopian tubes. Even though you keep ovaries, hormone production can still lessen or even disappear due to ovaries going into shock & possibly dying due to loss of the blood supply from the uterus being disconnected. So, yes, menopausal symptoms can definitely happen even if you decide to keep the ovaries.

    I am searching to see what I may or may not need in the next coming weeks ahead. It is Aug 12’22 today. I am 4 days post op surgery for a complete hysterectomy cervix included. So no more uterus fallopian tubes ovaries or cervix. I am looking to see when I should start trying to improve my muscle system. That being said I have not had real muscles for 25 years. I have not taken very good care of myself at all and I am now officially scared. I get the information about the walking and I’m going to get a friend walker so I can help in case I need to stop and said to me able to make it back home. Thankfully I live in a good home area that my house has nice roads around and I can do the circle block. Thank you for the help you provide. I am making notes and I will be trying to talk with my gynaecologist surgeon and my doctor to see the best things to help me. Again thank you very much I am a 55 year old woman that will be 56 in October

    Can some one do pregnancy after retocele repair ....uterus and bladder are ok

    Hello,if you could answer-i have scoliosis and kyphosis.Last time i checked, scoliosis degree was around 17 degrees. But i have breathing dificulties. Is it possible its because of that? I do some excercises, they usually help, but whenever i try some new excercises for scoliosis, i have more dificulties breathing for some time. Thank you❤️
