Holding my breath and pushing leaded me into 2nd degree U prolapse on my 30!
I was doing it and my midwife was insisting that I should close my mouth when pushing, otherwise the baby will not come out. Was it a mistake to listen to her? I got the impression the baby was in danger. I feel miserable and with prolapse now😢

Easier said than done! I had both of my babies naturally, and when I had my 2nd, the pain was so intense. Very different than my first. I fell to the floor in a squat and just braced myself, screaming. Pushing was so intense; I can't imagine breathing calmly through that pain. Now pregnant with my 3rd, and worried about this 2nd degree prolapse I now have. Idk if I can do natural again.
The problem is pregnancy might also made worse even if you use C section there is no grantee 😢. I’m going back and forth with it I had a mild one after 3rd delivery.
I’m glad I found your comment. I had a natural birth a week ago and halfway through labor my midwife noticed the prolapse. I started at 6cm, it took 9 hours for baby to come out after originally being checked. It felt like I was in transition forever. I wanted to just be knocked out. My midwife manually pushed my bladder into place as best she could. I was in tears. Had her 10m later. I shake just thinking about it.

This was me with my second. I had a bad prolapse that I gaslit myself into thinking was nothing too bad. My cervix was about a half inch out my vagina… 😢 Anyways now, pregnant with #3 and have some anxiety about permanent damage with another birth. I’ve gone natural with my first two and, if my Dr says it’s ok to do another after prolapse, I’m very much thinking of an epidural. My last birth still makes me cringe…

I am 13 weeks pregnant. I think I have stage 1 prolapse, I'm in a waiting list to be seen. I have postpartum umbilical hernia and Diastasis Recti. After my 3rd birth. This will be my 4th birth, 5th pregnancy.

Thank you for the tip about not resting arms against thighs when standing up. How about when we have to stand up from kneeling? Like when we're picking up something or when I'm picking up my baby from the ground...do I still not rest my arm against thigh?
Tell us about tail bone pain too. Is it due to our prolapse. Would doing kegel help in getting rid of this?? Thanks

I had no pushing with baby 2 and 3 I was writhing around the bed in agony for hours and didn't know I was 10cms dialated. Looked in-between my legs as felt like I needed the toilet and the baby's head was pushing itself out. This time I will be more wise to it. I never expected it to happen again. Labor was long and painful but it could have been quicker had I known baby was ready to be born. I got a prolapse with baby 3 at age 27. I noticed it a few weeks after the birth I felt like a golf ball sized lump was sitting at the entrance to my vagina. It improved enough for 5 years to go by without surgery but now I am pregnant again and so scared of what state my pelivc floor will be in after the birth of my 4th Child so scared when I really think about it 🥺🥺

How u recovered your prolapse naturally abel. As am having one kid of 6yrs old with prolapsed uterus now and would like to have a 2nd child isit possible to conceive and deliver a baby normally with prolapse ? Can you advise for natural recover pls.

@@rebekah3698 I'm fine I have 4 kids prolapse apparent after baby 3 but I had no issues with baby 4. And my cervix is lower then it used to be but I'm still able to do everything I did before

Thank you Sooo much for showing there IS exercise after prolapse repair!!! I did water exercise only after my surgery but that is not always practical! I have searched and searched for a land routine that is safe. I have slid backwards from bad weather preventing water exercise. More More More please!!!!

When do kegel when we do inhale & exhale? Because instructor in you tube say differently, some of them said do contraction when exhale and other instruction said do contraction when inhale. So which one is the correct one?if we do wrongly is it can impact to our pelvic health?

But then how do you join a class like crossfit, Krav magra or kickboxing...or anything...I want to do hard stuff, I gave up on exercise because it so depressing 😕finding out I could do classes or "normal" exercise, I fit so out of shape, I want my upper abs workout too, not just the ones u workout in a light workout...😢

Would love a 30 minute cardio that's safe for pelvic floor dysfunctions! Thank you for this one! I was finally allowed to up my workouts, but then the cardio sequences caused pelvic floor flares, so I was instructed to drop down a bit. In researching, I found that the cardio sequences had moves that are not good for pelvic floor issues. I was thrilled to find this!
