WOW so challenging but fun. Lots of variety. Deadlifts/Squat thrusts were very difficult for me and had to lower weight so could complete whole round. Thanks Tracy.

Wow that was brutally insane! The last 2 formats, the 10-1 ladder and the AMRAP just about did me in completely but I got through it! Was shooting for 4 rounds on Amrap but I just barely eeked out 5!!! This whole format was fantastic!

I loved this workout. The mix of timed and rep based moves are my favorite. Makes the workout seem likes it is going fast, even when it's not. Took me longer to complete the 10 minute amrap as I wanted to up with your reps. I did alot of walking around my house to catch my breath! I really liked the visuals for the deadlift/squat press, really helpful. Thanks Tracy. Would love to see more of these!

This style isn't my preference but I'm glad I did it. I think we need to change things up now and again and I proved to myself I could do it. I felt great afterwards. So happy now 💪🔥💕
