I like doing both cardio and stress daily so this was great. Thanks for showing the mods first so I can start with the timer. You cracked me up when you said you could do single jumps but I don’t wanna! That’s what I say when I see planks lol
So I understand that the calories burned are estimates and depend on many factors but I've noticed recently that the workouts seem to show lower calories burned that previously for similar workouts. New tracker? I find myself using the count as an indicator of how hard I'm working...probably not the best indicator, eh 😏? That aside, I am completely addicted to your workouts, style, philosophy....you are incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging, engaging and inspiring! Thank you for producing such a quality fitness experience!
Yes, I now have the Apple 4 watch, and used a Fitbit before. Most studies have shown that there is a 30% margin or error, 30%! But also, i it has to do with your heart rate variability. If I lift lighter, or jump not as high, or don't do as many high impact, or take more breaks, my HR won't soar as hgih, and my watch won't track as many calories burned. Glad you like this channel, thank you :)
Great workout! Maybe consider not adding intuitive eating to the list of diet ideas at the end. Intuitive eating is not a diet and should be a journey one embarks on with a certified guide.
Oh, I agree with you and I don't do diets and not once did I say the word diet in that chat. I said approach to nutrition. I approach nutrition in a holistic way, and incorporate the principles of Intuitive Eating, while still reaching my goals. It's all a learning curve for everyone and a process that takes a lot of time.
