This is a great idea. Ive been thinking about building a camp without a vendor, so i can quickly switch to it when im nearly at cap limit. This secret Enclave base is perfect. I even found a secluded spot in the top right corner of the map right where the picture of a compass is on the map. Also locked my symptomatic behind a keypad activated door. Perfect personal secret base.

The shelters are definitely the easier method. The best small shelter is the one you get for free....I turned mine into a wooden survival bunker with an entrance to the abandoned mine .... Keep up the fantastic work
I really love this idea, I'm seriously thinking of building an entryway to a vault system where all the shelter entryway are connected to my hand made bunker so when you leave a shelter you respawn at the right entryway!
Hey hun - carrying on from Lanthar’s comment, if you go too far down, just raise the foundation (rather than lower it as you do for sinking) and the symptomatic will pop back up 😍 No need to scrap and start again (I learnt it from Amcasteyo ) Great build, usual awesome commentary and I loved it. Sorry I missed the premiere 🥺
I put my symptomatic in the back left corner behind an elevator door for the Vault 79. Of course, going off script caused some problems underground, but it was nothing I couldn’t EVENTUALLY work out. 😝 I love this build. I will be living here for a while.
Also that foundation merge you're using, there is an easier and more accurate way to get it to work. And it can be used to float items and move them. It's how I made the duck pond.

I can not seem to get the roof sloops to attach. 5:10. And if I skip it than I seem to have problems placing the new entrance foundation on. Any suggestions?

Power mate you can literally place generators on the roof of your underground bunker, cant see them and if you have the vault tec ones completely silent
Damn me, I did all , step by step and yet when i try to get into the sympto ( inside the wood foudation) nothing happens. And the game says " waiting for response from server"
Sorry for the late reply man been on a hiatus, so, when it does that it means the exit from the symptomatic is blocked. Try moving it towards the back of the foundation so you have more room for the exit
after i place the symptomatic/foundation merge and try to use it i get the server not responding notice and cant move for 30 seconds. what am i doing wrong? anyone?
It does this everynow and again, have you got it facing the right way in the foundation? If its too close to the support legs it'll throw that message up

I just started playing F76 again and visited a vendor who did something like this a few days ago.. however, while traversing the bizarre homestead I ended up using the symptomatic and falling to my death in the process.. LOL! I suspect it was designed that way..
Great build but I can't help but notice you skip merrily past how absolutely terrible building in shelters actually is as you suggest where to do this. it is like they were designed not to be built in if you want a floor design.if you know a better way I'd love you to prove me wrong about building in shelters.
I agree with the other reply here it’s hard but can be done. They should absolutely make it easier instead of yelling at the TV till we get it to work 😅
make sure the door of the symtpomatic is facing directly up the stairs, and there is enough room for you to leave it (make the symptomatic as close to the edge of the mat as possible). i got it to work with alot of messing around with

Can't seem to get the merge glitch working... trying to make the satellite dish crossed with the power connector tower work...on Xbox.
Hmmm should be doable mate you using pressure plate or the foundation method?
@@TNG76 i used a power coupling, satellite dish on top, then put that on top of the power pole to create the comms antenna. It didn't work.

Ik what u mean it's hard but it can be done, i have a enclave supply bunker thats pretty neat and doesn't give off those shelter vibes.

I only agree that neatly wiring the silo shelter made me quit without finishing it. So now it's just a beautiful unfinished structure.
They aren't toooo bad, the only issues I've ever had is the floor placement
@@TNG76 the issue I have is when I put conduits then I cover with walls or floors, all my conduits go into my camp inventory. I'm guessing it's a bug.

Stymatic wont load me into it to go back underground just make the sever load a error but it work on the stairs
Hmm its because of how its placed on the stairs I'll bet, have to make sure its straight and you can get out of it
