    Join me for a short and sweet gentle flow to alleviate some of the aches and pains caused by PMS and your period.     how unlucky. I start my period with full on debilitating cramps the day before my finals start. this is just torturous. how am I going to survive tomorrow?

      meftal spas 1 tablet - i use it for emergencies, im a medical student. Btw its good if u integrate yoga too.

      Superspas is soooo much better than meftal spas . Not a medico but personal experience.

    this helps so much. Keeping the cramps to a minimal sometimes i don’t even feel it anymore.

    I do this along with trauma informed hip opening yoga. Makes it a perfect 30 minutes yoga morning routine for me 😊
