That can happen for bicep exercises if you aren’t isolating the biceps, and instead swinging the weight up (using your back for momentum). It is common if the weight used is too heavy.
Hello..i can do everything except the rope exercise n the reverse grip curls. We don't have those at the gym, so wondering what is the alternative of those two cus we don't the rope ??
Hi! You can do the reverse grip with dumbbells or a barbell and just replace the rope push downs with another tricep exercise! I would double check though, your gym should have a rope somewhere! It's a pretty staple cable attachment💪😁
No rest between superset exercises and then rest between completed sets varies. I just listen to my body and when I know i'm good to go, I go. Anywhere from 1-3 min usually for upperbody.

IF is ultimately just restricting the amount of hours you eat throughout the day. Like 2pm-8pm. KETO is ultimately just eating a high fat - low to no carb diet. If people spent less time looking for a short cut that doesn't exist and more time learning the basics of calories in vs calories out, energy balance, and finding which foods/macros their body responds best to achieve their goals, they'd be a lot happier and feel a lot less restricted. I'm not saying these diets don't work, but every diet out there (weight watchers, atkins, paleo, etc) works if you're in a deficit. Most people don't need diet extremes, they just need to stop over eating.
They are probably E Z curl bars? They have a curve in the middle of the bar? If so those work great to, just make sure you can grip the bar the same, which is shoulder width apart. You can also just use dumbbells if anything! 💪

It's weird but when I do arms exercises I loose a lot of fat on the arm from the elbow to the hand but nothing from the elbow to the shoulder 😭😭😂🤔🤔
