    Excited to do this workout today at the gym! We dont have preloaded bars so I'll probably just use a barbell or ez bar and maybe superset with skullcrushers which I feel more contact in my triceps than rope pulldowns!!

    I never used to train my arms, but I love ❤️ training my biceps and triceps. Lol my triceps are stubborn but I still hit them.

    i wanna tone and have cut look arms.. if i go light weight more reps how many set and how many reps per workout. i do triceps one day then biceps the next day.

    Just tried this workout yesterday it was awesome! My back is more sore than my biceps are, just wondering if that's normal, or maybe I did it wrong?

      That can happen for bicep exercises if you aren’t isolating the biceps, and instead swinging the weight up (using your back for momentum). It is common if the weight used is too heavy.

      Dry shampoo and lots of hair ties... oh and hats too!😝 If I get real sweaty tho, I'll wash it regardless when I washed it last.🧖🏼‍♀️

    Hello..i can do everything except the rope exercise n the reverse grip curls. We don't have those at the gym, so wondering what is the alternative of those two cus we don't the rope ??

      Hi! You can do the reverse grip with dumbbells or a barbell and just replace the rope push downs with another tricep exercise! I would double check though, your gym should have a rope somewhere! It's a pretty staple cable attachment💪😁

    How long do you rest in between supersets for lower and upper body?

      No rest between superset exercises and then rest between completed sets varies. I just listen to my body and when I know i'm good to go, I go. Anywhere from 1-3 min usually for upperbody.

      If either work for you then that's great, but they aren't this magical weightloss diets like people who are looking for a shortcut or the marketing industry makes them out to be.
      IF is ultimately just restricting the amount of hours you eat throughout the day. Like 2pm-8pm.
      KETO is ultimately just eating a high fat - low to no carb diet.
      If people spent less time looking for a short cut that doesn't exist and more time learning the basics of calories in vs calories out, energy balance, and finding which foods/macros their body responds best to achieve their goals, they'd be a lot happier and feel a lot less restricted.
      I'm not saying these diets don't work, but every diet out there (weight watchers, atkins, paleo, etc) works if you're in a deficit.
      Most people don't need diet extremes, they just need to stop over eating.

    they gym i go to has the preweighted bars like that but there not the straight bar kind is that okay or does it matter?

      They are probably E Z curl bars? They have a curve in the middle of the bar? If so those work great to, just make sure you can grip the bar the same, which is shoulder width apart.
      You can also just use dumbbells if anything! 💪

    It's weird but when I do arms exercises I loose a lot of fat on the arm from the elbow to the hand but nothing from the elbow to the shoulder 😭😭😂🤔🤔
