99% of girls train legs/glutes/calf’s low percentage of upper body workout what’s good about this girls channel is it’s mixed up more and not the repeated content and the workouts are effective it actually looks legit that she trains hard and that’s why looks so fit
I did this routine and my arms are still on fire 2 days later. I love supersetting, it stops the workout being boring. I'll be doing your back and shoulder workout today. Thanks for the upload x

I completely forgot about doing 15/12/10/8 was a thing. Thank you, I’ll be trying this rep range again. I’ve been stuck on 4 x 12 or 3 x 10 so a new rep range will totally fire me up, excited now
Yes! Maybe cut down on the volume though. Try doing 2-3 sets of each instead of 4 and 1 set of assisted chin ups/pushups for amrap at the end. Just depends how new you are to lifting💪
