    You gave me some new ideas. I like the elevation for the one leg glute bridge. I do them all the time. I just don't do the elevation part. Brilliant idea! I also like the elevation with the kettle bell squat. I'll try that too.

      if you want results trust me, at some point you won't give a damn and use the machines just like everybody else does because that's what they're there for XD

      I think everyone who works out knows that glute exercises look a certain way. Nobody's going to think you're some randy chick humping the air; they'll know you're just doing the moves that work. But if it helps at all, just wear some nondescript black leggings or something. It'll look a lot less attention grabbing than lighter, brighter, or more flesh colored tights.

    Never thought to stack those step things for hip thrusts 😍 I'm def the type that puts the plates under HEEL for squats b/c I'm quad dominate so it activates the glutes/hamstrings when you focus on pressing through the heels. Hope that explains in case anyone's wondering the science behind plate under heel vs toes. Best glute video I've seen this year haha 😗

      Hi & thank you!😁 So funny how the human anatomy works and how different things work for different people! For me, anything under my heels causes me to press through my toes causing me to activate my quads and then having the plate under my toes cause me to press through more with my heels and backside. Some are heel gals and some are toe gals but were all just over here trying to grow a booty! 😂🍑haha

      At 7:47 , that is a proper squat the way she is doing it. I also have knee problems and I do them like that and have no issue with them

    Yes, can you give us some suggestions for at home glute exercises. I am in the middle of a weight loss journey and don’t feel comfortable doing certain exercises at the gym.

    I am a beginner with very thin legs all men exercises are too much for me but I found these exercises very doable I could barely walk after, please do some for arms as well

      Hi! Thank you😄 and I wouldn't do these all in one training day because it's just too much, especially if I was adding on appropriate weight and performing all my reps/sets every exercise. These are just my go-to's, so basically whenever I am planning my routine for the day It will usually consist of different variations of these exercises! Reps/sets will all depend on your current goals and how heavy you're lifting.

    Could you make a video on what the diet should look like, how long roughly it would take to see some progress or change in ur butt (mine doesnt exist and I have no idea how to build 1 and my form is bad when I try) and how to be confident in the gym bc I'm always scared to try new things infront of people like I've always wanted to used the smith machine or incorporate the equipment you used benches, barbells etc just get anxious x

    I always had this question in my mind: do we really need heavy weights like 10kg and gym machines to grow bigger muscles? Or is it enough to have a resistance band to grow them? And thank you for this useful video i love your channel❤️

      Your muscles need increasing amounts of tension on them over time to continue to grow. At first bodyweight/light weight will do but very quickly you will need more weight as your body gets stronger. You could also try upping the reps, lowering rest times and/or changing the angle at which you perform the movement to make it more difficult to prolong staying out of the gym, but there are only so many reps you can do before other issues start to come into play... As in you don't want to be doing 200 reps with light weight lol Hope that helps clear things up for yuh!😄💪

    Question about #5 - What's the difference with sitting on the edge and holding on to the machine opposed to sitting back? Is this personal preference?

      Yes it is. I, like many others will do it this way because it helps with achieving better contact during the movement for those of us who do not feel the same contact by just sitting up back against the seat. Do what works best for you.

    I use also every time when i train my glutes as a finisher the hip abduction machine in this way and I feel definitely burn my glute maximus and side glutes. I do it also with a very high weight, 84/91 kg and in 25/30 reps of 4 sets. But very much people says the hip abduction machine is worthless. Should I skip or still keep doing it?

      And many people don't know what the heck they're talking about lol. You're always going to have people who have their own opinions on what is "right and wrong" when it comes to your training (Usually the "mansplainers" lol). At the end of the day, do your research, try out different methods, find what works for you and just do you girl. I think that sounds like an amazing finisher! Keep up the good work!😄💪

    I have one question, is this workout could help me reduce fat in the glutes area and not only grow them? I know muscles keep growing anyways weather the area is fat or not but it'll be so cool if the exercise is working both ways 😅😅😅
