    Hunter, I'm just getting back into weight training, and I've forgotten so many things. Is a set one complete exercise three times? So if I do 12 hip thrusts rest and repeat, then go again twice more I've completed a set. I hope that makes sense ❤

      Hi hi!☺️ okay, i’ll break it down real simple for you! 👇🏼
      • Sets - how many times you repeat the given number of reps.
      • Reps - how many times you repeat the exercise in one set.
      So for example, 3 sets of 12 would be doing 12 reps 3 times in total, with each 12 reps having a rest break in between!
      So the set would go:
      Set 1: 12 reps
      Rest
      Set 2: 12 reps
      Rest
      Set 3: 12 reps
      Rest/Done!
