1. Bench-Supported Glute Cable Kickback 2 X 15
2. Heavy Barbell Hipthrust 3 X 5 - 8
3. Barbell B-stance hip thrust 3 X 8 - 10
4. Barbell Band Resisted RDL 3 X 10 - 12
5. Front Foot Elevated Pause Rep Glute Bias BSS 3 X 7 - 9
6. Rounded Back Extensions weighted drop set BW 3 X 10/10
7. Side Lying Bent Leg Hip Abduction BW 3 X 10 - 12

Girl I don't know how you can do a leg day in those shoes. My feet would be wobbling left and right. Great workout though. Thanks for all the amazing content you always put up!!🩷
🩷 Haha surprisingly they are very solid on my foot and I get a lot better toe spread compared to my converses, so I opt for these a lot. I just take them off when I feel I need to. But yeah I just need better lifting shoes overall…one of those do as I say not as I do situations😂

Love your glute work outs! Interesting you started off the cable kick backs because I always started off hip thrusts but I'm going to start with kick backs first👍👌
Typically I would too, but I explain in the video why sometimes I start off with the kickbacks and why it can be beneficial💪🏼
I find deadstop thrusts harder. I like them for when i can't bear going really heavy 😂
I started doing 1 leg hip thrust this way too. I can't just mindlessly go up and down

Of course! The bands for the RDLs are just long loop bands my gym has. The thicker the band, the more resistance it has. If your gym doesn’t have them you can order packs of them, which come with varying resistance levels, on Amazon for pretty cheap. I’m not 100% sure which resistance the one I’m using is, I just test out a few that are available to see which one feels best for my strength before I begin.

For some reason I can't do the bulgarian split squats. It places so much stress on my knee. I found using the smith machine and having a slight elevation on your back leg is more affective.
Yeah, they can be rough on the knee for some. A smith alternative is great 👍
I’m going to try this tomorrow if I can for my AM workout out. This looks promising. Anxious; but I think I can do this. However - one question; do you have an alternative that you can recommend for the first exercise…?! Because Hunter; I can’t bring myself to bring the bench to the cable machine! 😅 I don’t have enough audacity yet. I need to tap into main character syndrome for that. 😂 As always; thank you for providing this content for us! 🫶🏽
Haha yeah girl! You got it!! & You can just do them normal standing or do donkey kickbacks on the ground banded or standing banded kickbacks, or just skip them tbh💪
