Hunter how much recovery time between set's?
Depends! Typically for strength sets I’ll wait 3-5+ min and then for hypertrophy focused sets I’ll wait around 2-3. This is just average, I really just listen to my body and have a good idea of when I feel recovered enough to go again.
Thanks, still trying to get a routine working for my hurting body and thinking I'm slacking off.
