      I love this workout. I like this cause I've noticed that I'm not as strong working out one arm. I do great when working out both together. So I need to start doing one arm excercises.
      Thank you for taking me to the next level. I signed up and so excited to start it. You are a great trainer.

      No worries! Around 6-7pm mostly, sometimes early AM like 5-6. If I have to film though, usually late at night to avoid crowds.

    Hunter, it has been a long while since I hit the gym. Should I attempt your 12-week program or wait until I am back in a steady groove? Also, have you thought of running a beginner program? I bet you'd be amazing at making one.

    • @HunterChilton
      @HunterChilton  3 года назад

      Depends. If you already know how to do all the basic movement patterns..squat, deadlift, over head press, etc. then you can do the program. If you feel you need a few weeks to get back into the groove of things then you can still get the program, look it over and just start it when you feel comfortable and your muscle endurance is back up in a few weeks💪 If you consider yourself a beginner and don’t have all the basics down then I would hold off until you do. As far as a beginner program, not as of now but who knows in the future!

    hi thank u sm for this video its so helpful. i have a quick question, do u rest in between the sets and if yes then for how long? or do you start another set right away? pls answer i want to try this workout :))) thank you

    • @dilan4467
      @dilan4467 2 года назад

      i also want to ask if you do this same workout for your arms every session or if you switch up and do different excercises each arm session. just so i know if i’m supposed to do the same all the time or switch up. please answer !! 🥺

    • @HunterChilton
      @HunterChilton  2 года назад +1

      Yes, always rest between sets! If it is a superset then you would want to immediately go to the superset second exercise and then rest after completing both. I follow the same programming for 4-5 weeks and then switch it up to track progressive overloading. I will make minimal changes to workouts throughout the week if necessary💪

      Depends on my mood tbh lol I use Spotify and will just play some of my favorite artists or bands while I train. Sometimes I’ll switch to a podcast or nothing at all. I listen to rap and rock mostly.

      Your main focus first should be your nutrition intake for fat loss (caloric deficit).

  • @firstfloor5347
    @firstfloor5347 3 года назад

    its not the machine, its the pulley setup inside the machine itself .. in this machine if u notice the cable is going directly to the weight stack which means its 1:1 ratio ie what u lift is what the stack it is (good for big muscles) but in bigger commercial gyms machines u will notice a pulley above the stack and it the wire loop and attaches above this ratio is 2:1 ie u lift half of what the stack is ... there is also 3:1 like the free motion or interchangebale from 2:1 to 4:1 like prime fitness .. an orthopedic surgeon advice (thats me) dont use 1:1 for small muscle .. ull be prone to injuries

    • @firstfloor5347
      @firstfloor5347 3 года назад

      another tip to improve the machine is using a smaller diameter cable in the machines
