Today's workout is all about focusing on the chest, biceps, and triceps! The pump from this workout is pretty crazy too :p This workout will help you build strength and muscle in your upper body to achieve that definition you are looking for! This workout is an all-around solid session to include in your training week to target your chest and arms! Give it a try and let me know how it goes!

My FYP is mainly food and cat videos on there so I don’t see much of the fit-tok situation😂 What I have seen of it seemed either very negative or super click-baity so I think that is what made me never really have an interest in being on or watching fitness videos on there🤷🏼♀️ Just not my vibes lol Maybe in the future, who knows! As always; thank you, Hunter! Will be giving these exercises a try today during my evening workout. I'm so shocked at how empty your gym is because you know usually people are like "new year, new me" and the gym is loaded. LoL.

Thank you! I do have an old video on this but maybe I can do an updated one and explanation video soon… but for now you could reference that video to kinda get the gist. Things are still pretty much the same with just a few tweaks💪
Is it necessary to do all the cable work at the gym or could try some of these at home?

Thank you!💕 I don’t know if ‘necessary’ is the right word here but there are always alternatives to everything! Just depends what equipment you have access to at home and how creative you can get💪
