    Hi Bollywood bodies.... I live in Delhi. My gym trainer asks me to do exercise atleast 2 hours . Secondly, I'm doing gym for more than 2 yrs. my back, chest n upper abdomen fat has not gone. Wt to do for this. Pls suggest

    Also please tell me, that does the dumbell weight matters, I mean if I'm a beginner, should I start with a lesser weight then gradually increase.. with course of time, or should I start with a specific weight. Your reply would be highly appreciated.

    My gym do not have all these equipment but I need to tone legs. This gym is in my appt with limited equipment. So please suggest. I have fast growing fat at butt and thigh. I feel what I eat goes just to my legs. I workout everyday for one hour.
