Stretching should be started from head and should be finished in toe, From head you should come down part by part... So that you won't forget any parts to stretch 😉😜Keep it simple Bro....

Expert says before cardio you shouldn't do straching bcoz you slow down your muscles and it's decrease force for cardio workout, after straching out your body will not perform that good. So expert says after cardio work out you should do stretching.

Hi, I everyday go for a walk at Ghat. So I travel 80 ghats and do some exercises and skipping. After returning home I often feel drowsy and sometimes I sleep. So sleeping after workout is bad? Will it slow the process of burning fat? I walk from home to ghat and then I walk back home

this is completely wrong. only dynamic stretching is need to done before the workout. and only after the workout we need to do the static stretching
