    One of the reasons why i like his videos is that he explains what not to do if you have this and that. Like if he is showing an exercise or stretch to say that by doing this stretch it's a benefit for those having disc problems yet this video is not regarding your back or disc.     Exercise ke pehle aur baad mein stretching jarur karni chahiye. Maine kuch din pehle exercise start ki thi but direct exercise karne se meri puri body mein pain hone laga . Lekin fir do din pehle hi maine exercise ke pehle aur baad mein stretching ki to fir meri body mein bilkul pain nahi hua

    Stretching should be started from head and should be finished in toe,
    From head you should come down part by part...

    Expert says before cardio you shouldn't do straching bcoz you slow down your muscles and it's decrease force for cardio workout, after straching out your body will not perform that good. So expert says after cardio work out you should do stretching.
