Hello, thanks for sharing 🙏 One question, at 02:38 timestamp the exercise you doing, does this exercise put pressure on the spine ? . I keep worrying about spine whenever i lift even moderate weights as many weightlifters face spine issues. Please share your suggestions on this . Thanks !
Is it okay to always do only dumbbell leg workouts? Can one progressively overload with them? Can even an intermediate level gym goer do only dumbbell workouts? I am asking because I am extremely scared of barbells 😅 Love your channel and your workouts. You are a role model 🙂
First, I love your channel! I do have a question. I am a little older and have a knee issue and cannot bend as deep for the goblet squats any squats really. Can you recommend an alternative or a less deep of a squat that can be effective. I currently use 30 pound dumbbellto do this with but I’m just looking for some knee friendly alternatives that will still allow me to squat but it’s a modified squad. Thanks for any information. I love your site. You are amazing.

leaning forward is normal, your body is supposed to do that when squatting. just make sure you are bracing your core whenever you go down.
