Lovely video. Thank you for making it. I'm in the UK and grew up in the late 1960s/early 1970s. My diet must have been so low in nutrients. Lots of over boiled veggies, dessert fruit was always in custard and sugar sandwiches. When I went to a friend's house when I was 11 I learnt two things: You don't have to have sugar in your tea and you can drink water with orange squash in - live changing! Needless to day my diet is somewhat different now.

Thanks to both of you for these recipes. We have noted Saga's recipes and it would be fun to make some of them. I also have a sweet tooth which has been difficult to keep under control at times! I also liked hearing some of your philosophy behind what you eat and why you eat it. Am amazed your doctor did not go into what you were eating and point you in the direction of a nutritionist.
On a different subject, thanks for the van conversion videos Saga has been putting out. Looks as though it is very much of a learning curve and I am looking forward with interest to your travels later on. I don't always comment (maybe I should) but am always interested in what the two of you do and how and why you do it! So keep them coming!

We definitely notice your support 😄 And yes… there have been a couple times things got missed in the system, but I’m empowered to live a better life with the things I’ve eventually picked up to solve the problems! We’re very excited about the van 🚐 You’re right! It has been a big learning curve. And it will be really exciting to see the types of videos we can make along the way of our travels 😁
