    *2 Ways to Work With Me:*
    *Option 1: 6-Week In-Body Immersion*
    This is a private introduction to Somatic Healing. Each week, we will engage in a new exercise that will inspire spontaneous expression as you begin to trust the many ways your body wants to move towards harmony. I will guide you through emotional blocks and help you decode signs within symptoms. In our time together, you will acquire numerous somatic techniques, a comprehensive review of each experience, and a lifestyle plan to live in accordance with the laws of the body. This process is to REVITALIZE what was once traumatized - from frozen to sensitized. Coming alive and feeling like home.
    - Structure: 6/90 min sessions (Must be used within 8 weeks)
    This work is for you if you want to learn the mechanics of the body and explore Eastern/Western techniques to heal from trauma.
    *Option 2: 12-Week Private Mentorship*
    This is a 12-week experience that requires you to slow down, feel, and express. I take a holistic, embodied approach to help you create a lifestyle that is purposeful and energetically alive.
    During our time together, you will learn how to navigate the unconscious psyche-soma and cultivate a healthy sexuality. I will introduce you to books and embodiment exercises, and we will create a diet and exercise plan tailored to your mobility and daily responsibilities. I’ve personalized this mentorship to be as insightful and supportive as possible! All of my work draws upon trauma psychology, somatic techniques, and spiritual practices.
    As a self-healing system, respect and compassion are the cornerstones of what makes you feel like ‘home’. Without these two principles, you will have quite a difficult time differentiating from symptoms and will easily fall prey to emotional states. For this reason, there are conditions to inform you if this mentorship is feasible for you.
    Prerequisites: Complete sobriety and no medication. However, if you're willing to transition into sobriety and want extra support, I will honorably work with you. This is non-negotiable when working with trauma. If you cannot do this, it’s okay; it simply means that I am not the right coach for you.
    This mentorship is right for you if you…
    - Can manage 12 weeks of dedicated somatic inner work
    - Want to learn from the body
    - Can say no to drinking/smoking
    - Have 10-14 hours a week for self-care (2 hours per day)
    Full Mentorship Details: This extends over 12 weeks. 1 x 120min weekly meeting (same day & time). I offer support between sessions during open office hours every Friday. This is the optimal time to check in, provide updates, and ask questions. All communication will be through Telegram. I am offline Sunday-Tuesday; these are the days I recharge for the week ahead.
    *For All Incoming Clients:* Send a direct message to my Instagram to schedule a consultation. It can take up to 14 days for me to respond because I want to intentionally meet with you.
    It’s come to my awareness that this work will cross your path at a very specific time. It requires a significant amount of sacrifice within your personal and emotional reality to have a cohesive integrational experience. Speaking from my heart, this process is as heavy as it is revitalizing - it’s a journey to Respect. This is why my work is structured to be paired with a certain mindset and emotional pull that will transcend mundane reality to link with the magical essence of the Soul. If you’ve read this far and feel a resonance you cannot dismiss, know my purpose here. Until then, heed the call!

    I’m truly looking into the dark feminine. I’ve hit a very low point with dating (lesbian) and I feel like I need to come out the other side in order to survive with this big heart 😩 it’s crazy how big patriarchy/male centering even plays a part in WLW community 😞 I wish for all women to find peace and own their rage 💜

      My heart is with you and I can absolutely understand…unfortunately there’s a cold/disconnected masculine impulse which influences mankind. So many women are fighting to been seen and have a voice which falls south fast. This was the main creation of the feminism. All is to be rectified… but to what extend?
      As cliche as it sounds love, softening, understand with direction and implications is a great way to form solutions.
      You can see if the dark/wild feminine brings you power. You can also see if the wise witch brings you insight. Try all archetypes, feel into their negative and positive connotations. Explore!

    Dear Brittany,
    This is an a excellent feminine-positive reading of certain very foundational myths in the Greco-Roman world, and thus within the Roman-Catholic world, and hence in effect incorporated in a great deal of Western European thought and culture.
    I particularly admire your alertness to the sensibilities of different segments of your audience, especial in the case of women who are mothers, when narrating your analysis of Demeter.
    This courtesy intermixed with an easy ability to model multiple perspectives simultaneously, is itself part of the very valid archetype of "womanly wisdom".
    Putting on my feminist-marxist scientific-materialist hat, I would say the validity and near-universal applicability of that archetype flows from an even deeper fact, one which evolutionary psychology requires us to grasp.
    Since the emergence of modern hominids, perhaps (and debatably) 250,000 years ago in sub-Saharan Afrique, women have had to model multiple perspectives, very quickly, in considerable depth, and simultaneously. Those women who did not, were at a very distinct reproductive disadvantage, irrespective of the sisterly support provided by affectionate and altruistic other women.
    Let us list some obvious facts, or perhaps better described as "adaptive pressures", from all over a woman's total physiological-psychical-social existence, which markedly favoured this modelling ability:
    (1) our pre-vocal infants;
    (2) our many natal children;
    (3) our many woman friends, both ultra-reliable and perhaps less so;
    (4) caring for the children of women with whom we were consanguineous or merely socially related, when we were called upon to protect such infants;
    (5) our collaborators, and rivals, in getting hold of handsome men with good genetics and social and material standing, to fuck them for erotic ecstasy and their semen, and perhaps for a degree of their masculine loyalty (slim chance);
    (6) our general and much more profound orientation to women in all social, affectional, romantic and erotic spheres.
    All these (and more) are "selectors" in neo-Darwinian language, and they naturally lent considerable advantage, in reproduction and collective nurturing, to women with enhanced degrees of empathic and modelling capacities. These selectors inescapably favoured women who, either by genetically inherited abilities, or curious genotype mutation, or by individual experiment and learning, or by socially supported powers (or some synthesis of these typical controls), could juggle all these selectors with greater and greater adroitness.
    Furthermore, they also favoured the female offspring of such women, and, by a standard neo-Darwinian hypothesis (and theory it is), there should have been a natural tendency (or drift), over sufficiently long timespans, for such capacities to become genetically encoded, and also pretty deterministically genetically expressed. There is a lot more to be said, on either side, regarding this overarching model, especially how and why such powers would have genetically locked so predominantly onto one physiological sex type rather than both.
    Our inherently greater, and more easy-going, and oft remarked interconnectedness with the larger realm of Nature - the world of Gaia - also suggests our considerable practise at modelling the behaviours and psyches of other species, from hunting and suckling tigresses, to gorillas (especially those dangerous males), to impudent bonobos.
    Your use of the concept of "capture by the patriarchal gods", when studying the (i) feminine-symbolism (ii) politics and (iii) psychodrama of the figure of Demeter - or shall we say the capture of the womanly-divine within "the grim patriarchal political and symbolic order" - is very neat indeed!
    Demeter's righteous anger at Zeus, because of the kidnap of her daughter Persephone by the forces of Hades, and hence her transformation from a very giving mother (entirely in line with cutesy patriarchal ideals) to a potent wrathful woman quite prepared to use naked blackmail and the starvation of humanity to exact womanly and motherly justice, this is also very enlightening.
    I could go on and on.
    You have a really excellent channel and feast of insights and knowledge.
    Tanti tanti bacini !
    Love andrea

    I understand the value, but I hate how everything is blamed on, "the patriarchy." No one is breaking out of a dark feminine mindset when they are literally being a resentful feminist by default. That's quite enough.

    • @BrittanyAMorrow
      @BrittanyAMorrow  9 месяцев назад

      I totally agree. The entire feminine-masculine topic is quite enough 😂 it’s not of interest when traits are integrated, that’s why I made sure to say in the video that the transition from matriarchy to patriarchy was needed to contain primal ways. We need to evolve and the transition was a powerful marker for us to do so.
      In the book To Be A Woman it explores the twist of the feminist movement. Another video I’ll have to make.

      *I hate how Conservatives blame everything on feminism.* Conservatives demean women and blame feminism for all of society's problems, to get male applause. That is called a Presstitute. (Term originated by Gerald Celente) *You falsely claim* that women "are literally being a resentful feminist by default," which means automatically. That proves you are a #misogynist. You exonerate the dark toxic masculine mindset... to spew hatred at women's rights.
