One thing that always astounds me in the streets of my own hometown is just how many talented people there are that you have never heard of. My own cousin sings an entire set 3 times a week in a local casino just for background entertainment. She sings songs people recognize, and people do not even look at her. But she sings them flawless every note and she is an amazing songwriter. But unfortunately chances are that no one will ever know her name. That is just the world we live in man, some people in the streets have more talent than the people on TV.

I probably watched this over hundreds of times. How things happen so organically is just a miracle. How first two changes verse, how third guy comes it with a freestyle… Definitely one of the best youtube videos ever.
And actually, he is playing the melody AND the rythm on the guitar at the same time, instead of 2 guitarist, where 1 is doing rythm, and another the lead. Which makes him even better!! He just used the guitar for 3 different things, while sining AND improvising. UNDERRATED
Kei Synester .. you do realize metal is something completely different than this? You can't compare this to metal. If somehow metal-guitar involved doing up to 4-5 different things like he is doing, it would be something else. This guy is actually using his hand as a perc, while he is playing lead and rythm- guitar at the same, while singing and having to improvise when the other to dudes join in. Trust me, can't even be compared given the fact that metal-guitar usually has either only a rythm role OR a lead role and thats it. Especially in a band where they have a drum and bass to give more layer to their sound as well as bass and drum helps them a loooot with holding a tight rythm. This guy on the other hand has to do all that by himself, at the same time.. like a supertalented oneman-band.
A typical metal-guitar, is usually using a typical alternate picking on a higher speed which makes it sound way more difficult than it really is. Sweeping counts for the same thing, you practice it in less speed than it's supposed to be played, and practice with increasing the speed to whatever you have control with. And after a week of practicing you finally get what you want. But this on the other hand takes way more practicing, as well as the improvising part of it still is reaaally fucking hard to do while your multitasking between 4 different things, because that's something you have to come up with on your mind on the same time as you're doing these 4 other things. This guy just made it look easy because he is really fucking good.

When I first heard this so many years ago, I was in a different spot in life. Now, I'm married and have kids and I find myself crying while listening to this song. It's such a beautiful thing and shows me that, all the crises aside, humanity will always have gems like this to hold onto and to uplift.

What’s so cool about this video is, judging by the hi-vis vest the last man has on..he’s probably on lunch for work. And being in the trades myself, that lunch is always a strict 30 min that he was ever so willing to cut down a couple minutes just to join in with these boys. Awesome stuff

People are not equal, that's a lie to make people feel better about their short comings, we should be keeping to the truth, nothing makes someone more depressed then unfairly putting them upon a pedestal and unable to achieve what people have promised them. Careful, pride comes before the fall and I am not of the USA either, but did I say treat people worse, no I did not. I said don't give people false hope, it's a dangerous thing to do, it leads to disappointment most of the time, which can lead to worse places. What’s so cool about this video is, judging by the hi-vis vest the last man has on..he’s probably on lunch for work. And being in the trades myself, that lunch is always a strict 30 min that he was ever so willing to cut down a couple minutes just to join in with these boys. Awesome stuff
