I love this new polishing system. Completely switched over to it. Blue wool + DA Coarse really hits the defects like a freight train.
The Rupes Yellow Wool pad is my favourite pad. It is so good!
Love the passion
Would have liked to have seen the Fine (yellow) done over the heavy cut to see the finish if it was a 2 step job.
Used it for the first time last weekend definitely worth buying if you're a person who likes detailing your own car recommend first time to use on lowest setting 800 so you don't burn paint don't leave in one spot keep moving it over paint easy to use ruclips.net/user/postUgkxfzbDkCRyv3CFXnLZI4APZtRRuG2uRmP2 truck looks like new again used maguires black light battery life like all milwaukee products seem to hold up well 😀
Im sold, im purchasing a whole bunch of these pads, polish and the rupes polisher. There goes my stimulus check lol
I enjoy mine!
Great video. I have to get the new Rupes da system. I have the Rupes MarkII. Thanks Dylan and Levi. Very impressive!!
Really pleased to be onboard with team Rupes this year. Loving the new system. Great video gents
Congrats!
Great video, love the close up shots of the panels afterwards to really see the correction
I think that Rupes Rep used the blue wool pad on his head 🤣.... only joking love the content thumbs up from the UK 👍 bought my first rupes mark iii and I'm getting some tips so thank you
Lol
Hahahah
Finished off with Uno protect for the lasting shine 😂
lmfaoooooo😂
Just tried my first rupes wool blue cutting pad. ❤❤❤❤❤ incredible!!! Only ever used foam before
RUPES: Best Polishers combined with one of the best DA system (compounds / polishes) on the planet 🙌
Made the "investment " into Rupes last year..... Best decision ever.
Thank goodness that there's a company out there that has decided to make it simple...but effective.... there's a few other companies out there who either don't care about their customers or who aren't concerned that some want to do it right for the professional and for the driveway detailer..
Expected noting less from Rupes!
The DA system is top notch, these pads are the one I reach for every time. Even pairing the Mille with the coarse or fine pads is an unstoppable combination.
Get you self a case each of these DA pads and Correction Liquids .
Rupes is my go to machines and pads. Excellent demo friends.
Very impressed with how the micro and the wool finished, rupes always at the top with new and innovative technology 👏
has the the video shown/mentioned at the 1:27 mark been released at all? I dont seem to be able to find it in the list of uploads and would be really keen to see the processes/results.
So, are they saying that by using the Blue compound with the blue wool pad you don’t need to do a 2 step and use an finishing polish 🤔 i would have liked to have seen a 2 step with the blue and yellow working together.
How often should you change the wool pad ? 1 pad per panel? I don't have compressed air to blow out the pad.
I absolutely love the Rupes system 😍 even the mini wool pads kick ass IDA-NATION SALUTE!!!
Awesome video and impressive products, can’t wait to try them when they show up!
Course wool has become my go to for cutting. Rarely touch MF pads
If i use blue whool with the blue compound, can I do only a 1 step and aply a wax or sealant on it or I'll need to do another step and finish it with the yellow compound?
I have an lhr15 and man it’s so smooth working with it.
The blue wool is nice. Used it for the first time, recently.
Does it finish down good though? Thinking about using it as a 1 step if it’s as phenomenal as everyone says
@@jpmcfrosty keep in mind it’s wool and aggressive. On Some paints it leaves a nice finish. Others may require a polish step. It’s a good pad to have in your arsenal.
Did somebody mixed yellow wool and blue DA Coarse? What’s result?
Love these vids and products. Great work guys
I love this new system from Rupes!
Forget about the course, 12:16 what was your plan there buddy? Hehehehe great video guys
Rupes supplies do well on new cars especially black... was driving me nuts this fixed it
What if I don’t have a rupes polisher? Would the speed settings be the same? I have a torq 10fx and was wanting to try this polish, compound, and pads out but want to make sure it will be comparable. I know it’s not a full “rupes system”. Thank you.
Matey with the yellow pad was moving really quickly?? Or is that the suggested speed??
HELP PLEASE
So I recently switched from my rotary DeWalt to rupes 15 inch with 6 " pad
Dual polisher
Watched bunch of videos and techniques
Using blue and yellow rupes pad and blue compound and yellow polished.
Took time with one panel .
Washed , claybar , sanded gently with 3000
Did step one and two , slow motion , overlap the whole 9 yards
And it looked absolutely stunning .....BUT
3 days later I saw it on the sun and 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
Scratches ( spider ) everywhere, color next to the door I didn't do was too dull as if I am looking through the fog ....
I am open to any suggestions and pointers .
Understand it is hard without seeing me working it but I figure I would ask anyway .
Thank you
i'm assuming wet-sanding is the culprit? but it is hard to say without seeing the vehicle
Wondering can you use high gloss polishing compound mixed with a blue cutting pad? I wondering if it would make the shine better?
Great vid guys! Any dusting with the polish/compound?
Wouldn’t you brush out a brand new pad to exfoliate the fibers and or foam for a better cut and finish?
and which is the best between microfiber and this ordinary and why, what's the difference i'm thinking which one to take give me a suggestion for blue and yellow
Excellent video can you put up links for the Blue and Yellow wool pads please
Could you provide a link to video where used Uno Protect on that hood?
ruclips.net/video/C7Ridb9Ic5k/видео.html
@@OO7JAMS i believe the query, is for a link to the video shown/mentioned at the 1:27 mark
Something to take away from this that is often misunderstood in the detailing world : Using a finishing polish or a polishing foam pad will not always give you the best gloss for your one step. Using something more aggressive like coarse wool for your one step with a quality compound will often bring more gloss due to the fact of purely removing more oxidized paint and defects, this effect is multiplied for hard clear coats. Lake Country's One-step microfiber is an awesome option if you can't afford constantly replacing rupes wool pads.
How is the loop material holding up on thise pads?
@@danlc95 mine have always held up extremely well, haven't had any issues.
@@kylechow6072 Z Thanks!
Great video guys, definitely sold on this new system 😉 what amount of pressure would you recommend on the machine for blue cutting vs the yellow fine polish? 👍
How easily yellow foam pad and fine polishing compound remove marks that blue wool leaves?
I might not be seeing it, but would you be able to link to the previous video where Uno Protect was used with the wool pads? Thanks!
Same

It’s not a rick roll I promise 😘
They start w/the yellow wool at 7:00 minute mark.
@@NipponStiqqyPaint that’s a different video, not working with that hood.
@@Mark-ig7jo oh well
How big an area would 1 pad manage before replacing and cleaning?
LOVE the yellow pads, blue pads are near useless. Even on all the Rupes videos, they try the blue pad first then end up going to the WOOL pad. What exactly is the point of the BLUE pad. I bought 4 so I'm kind of frustrated.
You might find they're nice to have for heavy oxidation.
But I sort of feel the same way about the first generation blue foam.
exactly😂 best is blue wool and yellow foam
Can you finish out with blue foam pad w the compound?
Can i 1 step polish using the yellow bottle then ceramic coat it ?
Impressive love the color coding
Can I use the yellow wool on cars with soft paint
I've never used a wool pad as I thought that would be more aggressive, so for even more good results wool pads are suggested, in Rupes system right?
Whether or not wool will give better results depends on the paint and the defects you are trying to remove.
How much "Cut" does the DA Fine Polish have?
what was the speed on the yellow wool pass?
Was the paint hard soft or medium?
Is your machine modified with the spacer for the backing plate ?
Probably not.
When I had my training, none of the tools were "modded" with a spacer.
I am still waiting for a RUPES cordless D/A polisher to come out... or I will buy a FLEX.
the pads should always be damp before priming the pad
Awsome video
As Darren would say 'is it a compound, is it a polish' ...
Good video
I don't know why the music info isn't included by most channels. You put the music in there; every chance someone will like it; the least you can do is tell us what it is😔
Hi.. Good morning this product is made in USA 😁😊🙏
Italy
What ever happened to Dylan, did he leave Rupes?
maaaan that hood was polished hundreds of times 😂😂😂😂 it would be nice if they got a random car or panel from a junk yard
They’re saying that’s not dusting, but, man, it looks like it dusts like Chemical Guys. I think I bought a 6 pack of 5” new yellow pads. I’ll have to try them out. I didn’t even know they were new. I blew through half a dozen old style yellows on some soft paint. I’ll have to try my new yellow pads. 👌

Why the pad sizes on TRC site are in mm is beyond me. Can we get some inch conversions..
Because we (RUPES) are a European based company and our measurements for everything are in metric. However, the conversion is pretty easy.
If you have an LHR21 it comes stock with a 150mm backing plate (5.91", round up to 6") then you'll want pads in the 180mm range, since the pads flare out.
If you have an LHR15 it comes stock with a 125mm backing plate (4.92", round up to 5") then you'll want pads in the 150mm range, since the pads flare out.
If you have an LHR75 it comes stock with a 75mm backing plate (2.95", round up to 3") then you'll want the pads in the 100mm range, since the pads flare out.
It gets complicated because there is no standardized way to refer to pads. Some people reference face diameter, some reference backing diameter. Both are relevant, but we take a slightly different approach on our website and we actually just reference tool compatibility so there is no question of "will it work with my polisher?"
💪💪
Havent tested new foam pads but Dylan is wrong about Rupes microfiber cutting more than wool. It just doesnt and its not a very good mf pad. Please remake it. But Rupes wool also cuts more than meguiars microfiber pad. New da coarse is an amazing,
I swear Dylan said “diddly” #doodly
Strasznie pyli ta pasta. Fajna butelka ale nic poza tym
🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
LoL. Kids 🙃😏
What speed would that translate in rpms?
No. To foam pads
I prefer blue microfiber and yellow wool pads to get the job done
Link to the Uno protect video on the other half of the hood?
