Save your money, 3.5 months in, the drum stopped rotating. I've contacted their customer service twice and they have been very vague telling time to just reset the box, switch it on and off ...$500 later and I just have an oversized litter box I'm manually cleaning myself. Very disappointing. It will be great for a month or two, and then will die on you.
Arm & Hammer Hardball litter is a quick clumping, low dust, light weight litter. I have one of these on the way, still waiting for it. I have a Litter Robot 3, which the sensors are broken, and we have a Cat Genie.
I've seen 5 or 6 videos of this machine and none of them show the bags being sceled, witch is probably its main feature, I find this very suspicious... Does it scele the bags or not? And can we see it??...
I would definitely read the instructions, if my cats are going to be using it. That's very weird. They could get hurt if you don't read about the machine.
how good is it, is there leaks any cons to this, im really trying to find a good auto litterbox that isnt to small cause i cant clean the regular litterbox they way i need to, would you say this is big enough for a medium size cat?
I have not cleaned it yet. I just figured out my 20+ yo Maine coon mix has been trying to use this box. He has previously refused the amicat, igloo, and choubox and uses a large litter pan. He is medium sized for a Mc mix. I have 2 14 lb siamese that use it. If they go in head first tgey may not spatially hit the box, but if they turn around and face the opening I have had luck. I plan to make a short video of cleaning it to see if it's leak proof against my doofy cat, and high side urinators.
Thank you for the helpful video! How is this preforming for you so far? Mine keeps getting stuck on 'occupied' after my cat uses it and then it won't run the clean cycle. I have to manually reset it.
Not yet. Mine seems to have something along the lines of a "drawer improperly closed" notice each time I seal and remove the bag ( daily). My ChouBox however, stops and starts, or just... gets stuck? ...sometimes like it's thinking about starting a cleaning cycle. I have to unplug it to reset it. I'm still fairly new to the Furbulous.
@artemismirror2174 Thanks for the response! I have yet to use the auto pack function on this but good to know! I seem to get device errors often as well but unplugging it does seems to help reset it usually.
What kind of litter do you use? I was using that crystal stuff that's supposed to change colors, but it doesn't seem to solidify. Yours seemed like it works well with furbulous, and I don't want to make a mess of mine when it gets here!
I just switched from tidy cats to the up and up target scented litter. It seems to clump faster. Not as fragrant as tidy cats. Tidy just wasn't clumping as well anymore and I go through too much to try the max or better tidy clumping
Mine states there is no box after adding. But is listed when you dig deeper, much like the wifi connection ( only 2.4ghz). It states on home page no items, not connected. though it is easy to add a pet and toggle between metric and standard measurements like kg and lb for pet weigh. It feels like, honestly, they aren't done with the app if tgat makes sense, to me. I expected to be able to control the unit by app much like pressing the buttons on box, but I can't get past the pages asking to connect
@@artemismirror2174 can you share more about the app? is it working correctly now that there is a new firmware update for the machines? Does it have the ability to differentiate between cats in some capacity as well
@@theabyssaldemon well.. that I don't know how to do on my phone Bit I can say I fixed it. I just removed the app. Reinstalled it. Then hit " allow precise location " and " this time only" when prompted by my phone. Tjis allowed the connection and I wss able to set up . The app once inse the Furbulous tab, has "clean", "empty", and " auto pack" buttons. Which is nice. Settings have night mode - no cleaning. Adjustable wait time to clean, and scheduled cleaning. There are also selections for litter type etc. Odor removal is actually the reset timer for the deodorant. One I was able to get it set up, it's like choubox app. So I wss pleased. Hth I'll try to show a cleaning Short video soon, and perhaps at least explain the app.

It seals by pushing the bag forward and I think heat sealing it. You have to have the covers on , at least in my case to get it to seal/ auto pack

I feel like the Scoop Away clumps the best. I've used them all.
