We have three cats and we just got this. IT IS A GAME CHANGER!!!!! We have had zero problems . It notified me on the app each time my cats used it today and when it cleaned. It’s perfection !
DO NOT BUY. The product sounds good in theory but there are a lot of flaws. Filling the box is annoying as there is a small opening that faces the front so you cannot just pour liter in. The liner to the box is fabric, so not so great with both pee goes through it and leaks and it's fabric so it smells like cat pee, not the best planning. The trash bags are so thin that when you pick up the bag out of the box it breaks making the whole we sealed the bag thing useless. Emptying the liter box is impossible, and when you do it you will be so frustrated you will throw this thing in the trash to never experience that again. Save your money do not buy. On top of all this the company offered me a partial refund but only if I sent them my bank account information, picture of my drivers license, and picture of my passport. No Thank you I was scammed once by this company, never again. DO NO BUY
Save your money, 3.5 months in, the drum stopped rotating on the Furbulous litter box! I've contacted their customer service twice and they have been very vague telling time to just reset the box, switch it on and off ...$500 later and I just have an oversized litter box I'm manually cleaning myself. Very disappointing. It will be great for a month or two, and then will die on you.
Love the sealing option. Think that’s neat, but truly I can close a bag myself without too much strain. I like that this looks like it stores away the wet cat litter odor better then what I have now. I’ve been a litter robot 3 owner for about 6 years, and don’t think anything could beat it. This one might win on keeping odor at bay better though, I’ll give it that. But I have to say.. I think it’s way too small for cat use, they look miserable and all hunched over using it, sad too they don’t even have enough space to try to cover their own waste which is natural for them, plus.. (and this is a HUGE DEAL) who would want cat feces and urine streaks along the roof of the litter box that your cat squeezes into and obviously is gonna rub its back on a bit, I mean look at this video at the gunk along the roof. Then you pet them and get what’s on their fur on your hands, are you kidding me?? Oh No 😮, this is a terrible design. If it was about 6 inches taller then maybe, and had a cover screen to keep waste of your cat like the litter robot does..

I would still not buy this. If a safety mechanism fails it could kill your pet. Having these bars at the top and bottom are pinch points and similar box designs have killed cats. Those boxes had sensors, but sensors can fail. Also, I have to say this video is probably the worst selling point for a box. My Litter Robot doesn't have that much smeared shit in it! LMAO It is not the best compared to the Litter Robot so someone must be paying you to say this. The poop would not fall out in a better box if overloaded - the fresh litter would empty into the waste drawer.
ur cats are not healthy if their poop is that soft that just glues to the littler box. check ur food and ur cats health pls cad and dog poop should be dry enough that dont need cleaning
The litter makes a world of difference to be honest. I started using the Natusan wheat litter and it leaves ZERO streaks in the cylinder and shoot

No only one cat out of three do this. I just tried tofu litter, cat seems to like it better and now buries it.😮

It looks like the box is too small for the size of the cats and thats the reason why they dont cover the litter after doing their business.
After having for some time now, it’s big enough. Not sure about a 20lb cat.

Not impressed having to clean the machine defeats the purpose.
ANY litter box or robot type litter system needs to be scrubbed and deep cleaned once in a while. poop smears; it's inescable
