Half-Life Modding - New Security Grunt Armour

New backplate created and added, textured with "Barney" armour texture.
This removes the large bulky backpack the HECU have, since it makes less sense for the security forces to need the same amount of supplies.

The model actually looks pretty nice! It’s a huge improvement to see them actually wearing the security vest.
