    I ran the AAM aluminum finned cover that came on the RAM trucks. It was a good price being a fraction of what any other cover cost.

    Assuming the gasket hasn’t caused any issue with leaking from the pan?

    Why the fins inside the cover perpendicular to the oil flow. This will make the oil trying to flow around the ring gear churn. This isn’t even close to the Banks cover. Can’t believe they recommend a sealant to install the cover, Instead of an O ring, like Banks uses. The fins on the back of the cover are useless, because they are in a dead air space. Evidently, the manufacturer didn’t do the homework that Banks did. The PPE cover may look better than the stock cover, but I doubt it does much to improve the oil flow over the stock cover.
