No it won't, that , just like all the other mods will make a small little difference only if they're all combined
Just installed them today. Definitely worth a buy. Just a note i dont have a tune but i do have an exhaust and intake. Saving up for the supercharger!

@@kewlstorybro115 Sorry bro I got rid of the SE a couple months back. Now I'm just driving my 2013 challenger srt8 daily. Best ways to get your V6 some extra power is the air intake, change the spark plugs and coils, and cat back exhaust. Also recommend getting the ported intake manifolds and get a larger throttle body. And if it's still not enough HP or torque then I'd say get the ripp supercharger.. the halos with the ram air intake there are a few that I liked. Just saw one on RUclips but can't remember the name of the brand but there are definitely a few out there that may fit what you are looking for.
Edit: it's on the American muscle channel and it's the Raxom projector headlights for 08-14 challenger

I have a 2019 ram 1500 classic 3.6l pentastar I did a flowmaster exhaust system and a k&n air filter so would this work properly and how much more horsepower would I gain??

Tell you what RIPP do a dyno with the Coil Packs on with NA system. IF the power output gain is substantial I will buy them.
Same here, I would add these to my JKU if you dyno them, even a 3hp gain would be worth it to me. $100 bucks for each HP.

Because Dodge Engineers weren't smart enough to do this from the factory. Yet they spend millions in R&D on Active Grill Shudders, Active Air Ride, Aerodynamics all to improve Mpg but they're not smart enough to make ignition coils 10% better for fuel efficiency??? They need to get outta here with that ( B.S. Marketing )!!

@@louishmhtx $20 spectre filter will get you those 3hp but if my current coils were having issues , I'd go ahead and upgrade for a 5hp gain maybe get a lightweight AGM battery when the current one dies

Just a heads up, the ignition coil on the 2.4 and the 3.6 are identical. These would work on it.

Question for “RIPP Superchargers” I would like to know if you are going to come out with more mod products. For the Challenger 3.6 V6 Pentastar. Like a High performance 80MM throttle body, High performance cold air intake, High performance PUG upper and lower intake manifold?
There are already quite a few of those on the market. They are all great additions to a supercharger kit
With these coil packs, is it required or necessary to change the plugs as well? Or are the factory plugs good enough?
I heard it’s a very noticeable difference to change the spark plugs to the NGK laser ones with this kit

Our supercharger kits for the RAM 1500 use a HP Tuners RTD device. The bright side is that if you purchase the supercharger kit, there is no need to buy it separately, it comes with the kit. Also, the coil packs do not need any tune, they are just plug and play. I still have stock coils on my 2015 Dodge Challenger sxt plus. I practically got it when it was brand new. Now I have about 40,000 miles on it, do you think it’s time to change them?
Desmond Sanders this is an upgrade from stock. Generally speaking stock coils stay in until they go bad.

Every cars slight different high 23whp low 13whp. No real explanation for variations other than the OEM adaptive nature of the ECU. Throttle is definitely sharper which has been reported across the board from end users. If you search RUclips you'll see independent testing and reviews.

Please watch this video - it explains the coil test - If you test it with a blower people would say its the blower. The NA RAM test was super solid and yielded great power.

mohammad daadaa there are no wires in the 2012 to 2018 JK. You can leave the stock ones but we suggest upgrading to NGK Iridium spark plugs.

With a 10% gain across the field in ignition power, whats that look like (roughly) in a stock 2015 3.6 SXT Plus in terms of HP, &/or mileage please?
jschweitzeriii so far we've yielded 20 to 29hp at the wheels on a few NA cars. No data on MPG. There's just too many variables. An end user would have to test MPG on there own.
How do these compare to the coil packs from MSD Ignition or Accel Performance both of which are less expensive by a significant amount.A mere 10% improvement seems like very little on the ignition system. How does this compare to the upgraded factory ignition coils on the newer pentastars? The newer coil packs have three wires going to them versus three so it is apparent that they are being fed a higher voltage on the primary side in the first place.
A better upgrade might be to (custom) wire in the newer high energy Mopar coils if they provide more output.
GarageSale24x7 the MSD is a stock replacement with no enhancement. Tests have yielded 29 rwhp in automatic v6 cars with no other modifications. Independent tests have yielded excellent reviews.
Actually, it's a 12.9% increase in power and 10% sustained - With 2years of testing we are confident we found the right combination of technology and hardware. For reference, MSD does not advertise nor claim more performance in the coil pack for the 3.6. It is listed and shows to be a stock replacement only.
12.9% more Milli Jews and more duration - and faster dwell - It doesn't matter who the competitor is, we beat the bigger supercharger companies too.
I want to try these in my 3.6 Journey, is there a recommended ODB tuner for this vehicle mainly for the transmission?
Eugene the Diablo canned tune is nice. If not seek out an HP Tuners custom tune.

Eugene they all work well, the tunes are the same across the tools. Take a look and see the features they have and appeal to you.
Yes however within 50 miles the pcm will notice the change and correct this change by adding fuel or air but I'm not saying it's a bad product it's good but it should just be mentioned that getting tuned is recommended.

It's not necessary in the sense you need it for the supercharger. While installing the system you are working on the spark plugs therefore you are removing all the coils anyway. That would be an opportune time to swap them out. The coils produce a hotter spark creating a better burn producing more power. Typically we see about 11more HP
My understanding that these coils create a leaner fuel trim and create an unsafe condition for the combustion chamber. Is this true? Is a tune required to ensure motor longevity?
Not enough to pull away from the stock Pcm control. Infact it burns off excess full the O2s pick it up as a positive. This product has over 1000 kits sold worldwide without issue.

The stock spark plugs are Iridium and very tolerant to heat. But like anything else, this is a Performance mod so wed expect our clients to be engaged in their vehicle running soundly. If you install fresh plugs with these you shouldn't have an issue for a long time.
I just purchased these coils. I am new to this, as I just purchased a Challenger SXT Plus. Do I need to have a supercharger for these to work properly? Or are they just bolt and go?

Whats the difference between the ones you are currently selling and the coils thst MSD sells for the 3.6, priced at $176.
Those are stock replacement coils with no additional performance. Ours have been in development for a year and add a constant 10% increase in Millijouls with a peak of 13% in the stock packaging. Essentially ours is a performance part and there is a replacement part.

Changing them is recommended if they are higher mileage but if not they factory plugs are fine.

Charger V6 we offer NGK iridium spark plugs on our site. You could leave your stock, but if you're going through the trouble of swapping coils you might as well freshen up the spark plugs.

dyno test please - before and after
We have had several on the dyno and we are still ongoing - we are seeing 13-23whp gains on the dyno. Additionally we have many clients reporting very positive power results.

We have an average gain of 13whp across a 3.6 models. As explained they are a stronger spark and therefore the power gain is relevant to the cars condition. Independent write ups are super positive.

The Wrangler JL has the same engine as your vehicle. 2016+ Grand Cherokees and Durangos run a newer 3.6 than the 2015 and down so we have been working hard on the Wrangler JL and then will back pedal into the Grand Cherokee and Durnago.
