    Hope you can stay in time with the music. There was just a short time when you were a bit behind. A great short video for seniors, weak or not accustomed to exercising. Hard to find ones this good.

    I thought this would be perfect for a short standing warmup but as I usually see with exercise videos with background music, she isn't moving in time with the music. This is disquieting because it takes away from the music and by extension taking away from the exercising.

    Like being in a gym circa 1994. Music is beyond annoying...so is the chipper cheerleader. More Life Health has the best videos for seniors...plus no music!
