    I'm not a senior, but I did injured myself and these exercises are PERFECT for me. I also like how your STRAIGHT 2 THE POINT demonstrations NO BABBLE. THANKUUUUU...U ROCK!!!

    Thank you so much for your tips. I am making great progress by following what you say. I'm not a senior, but I was born with a physical disability, and I refuse to let my condition stop me from living a normal life.

    All I can say first I want to thank the GOOD LORD, for my love of people and being a HOME HEALTH AIDE and the NURSES and PHYSICAL THERAPIST that taught me. I learn all these basic exercises to help people. So thank you JUSTIN.

    Thank you for posting this. I’m a disabled veteran with multiple surgeries and 2/6 grade boys could kick my butt now! I’m not very good unless I’m on hard level down.
