Nice build. What options do you have to move the battery lower? I'm interested in building a smaller body-less rig as a companion to my Axial XR10 2.2 Pro MOA. I'm hoping for something with dig to get the most amount of performance, and no way I could cope with the battery above the hood. Keep going, I'll be following!
With super8 wheels you can run the BOA mount that Hardpark RC offers. Unfortunately with the Mofo Rc x15s I was not able to get it to work without making a bracket. Could relocate the esc and rx to the rear and put the battery in the esc tray.
My personal opinion for it to be on 1.8 and almost 1.3 it needs to be super wide such as his axles and it needs to be way longer and then slammed yeah you can get better break over but you lose in the long run honestly because your side heal and it's so Tipsy I ran bigger Wheels I got a badass set up of all the tungsten slugs everything you can think of for them 1.8 I even have my triple stacked in the front and then double stacked in the rear I just think it's too much I can almost pull every single line with 1.0 what prophet design stuff
@@wingnutbert9685 I was lucky when I built this, I got the chassis for $19 and the x15 axles were 35% off. This is probably consider a budget Dementor build lol maybe now Comp build.
@@RCHobbyFarm Nice! Great to catch deals and squirrel them away for builds. All that stuff from the small boutique guys like Mofo and Hard Park are quite a bit more pricey to get up here to Canada. LHS don't have much. And most of the in Canada online shops don't have much of the nice parts and no free shipping either. Amazon Canada is about as good as it gets. Exchange rate, shipping, tax, boarder duties just make it nuts. I'm planning to hand make some of my own parts based on stuff I can't afford to buy. Binging through your 1/24th vid's and enjoying them! Thanks!
I use to put the build part in my videos before, but after reviewing the matrix’s of the video most people just watch the beginning and forward to the end. If more people are interested in that part I will definitely start adding it back in. Also makes the videos 1 hr long or longer even with speeding up the build part. I may start doing the build part live in the near future.

Definitely not "budget" to build in Canada! LOL! Any plans to clip the wires to just long enough? Other than that, fantastic looking build!
Yes, it’s getting redone, new axles and BOA mount.

Whats the total cost of this build? Its beautiful!
This one all in was around $400. But would probably cost $600 to build because I purchased a lot of the parts discounted during different sales.
@@RCHobbyFarm And if you're Canadian.....you'd need a bank loan......😥😉😁

“Unlimited” budget build
@@chadsmith6268 it’s a budget build for a Dementor build.
*High budget build
Low budget build for Hardpark. That was until I added the Hardpark axles and BOA.
A build video without the build

@@RCHobbyFarm The trick is in editing! Edit your 1 hr video down to 15-20 min and cut out the use of hardware skipping to each part installed.
@@RCHobbyFarm watch how Kevin Talbot edits the parts being installed and mimic that!
