What if you are embroidering first and middle name? Would you do 2 separate 10 inch or 2 separate smaller or insert both names in larger hoop? Thanks 😊
@@southernsewingco Thank you so much for teaching us to do this. I cross stitched and embroidered simple things growing up but more so crocheted. So excited to pick this back up and make these beautiful pieces. I’ve got my Crayola pad on order! And why do you prefer the small leather needles? Smaller holes in fabric it leaves behind?
@@shanafrye4393 you’re welcome! I’m glad these are helpful! The Crayola pad is my absolute favorite 😂. Well I happen to have the needles already and I use them regularly for hand-stitching leather. I’m just cheap and didn’t want to buy another brand since I knew I liked these! But I did recently pick up some DMC embroidery needles and like them!
Love your videos! I was looking for the link to your hoop holder. Not sure that's what its called 😂 I don't see a link for it.
@@brandyjohnson5547 that would have been helpful to include🤣. Thanks for pointing this out. I’ll update! Here you go:

What size needle do you use?
This is a great set-amzn.to/48VnIWj I typically use the bigger one from this pack!

@@shanafrye4393 hey! For two names, I would format them together on top of each other to fit in the same hoop! But it’s really a personal preference!
