I had an NDE at age 22, now forty years ago. Just like you say, the light seemed like a circle but then I went into the light, except it was so much more than light. It was love, it was peace, it was all encompassing. I was also told it was not my time but one day I would be back. It was home, and I am comforted knowing this is what happens when we walk through the door called "death". We are really going home, where there is no pain, no sadness, no confusion. Just love. Just home.
I’m losing my nana now she is a big Christian never drunk loved everybody went to church helped anyone she could I love her so much. She’s been in the hospital for a week and hasn’t been awake so Thursday night I prayed and prayed that I would be able to tell her good bye and Friday I got word that she was up and talking and I told her I started reading the Bible for her she looked in my eyes and said thank you. They are saying she isn’t going to make it I’m so broken I really hope I see her again one day it breaks my heart more and more the more I think about her sweet self and all the good laughing memories we had

@@djsfunhouse. Many years ago i was by the bedside of my Grand Mom who was like my second Mom. All of a sudden, I had time to remember things we did together and we had good conversations the type we used to enjoy, she was a former teacher and a person of high intelect. Now looking back i know it was a blessing as i do remember that moment with peace and joy as she was going through a lot of stuff and she knew. Almost half a life later on I realize i was much more the one who needed her at that particular moment and that she took that time to be with me.

I had a near-death experience. I was 57 years old, a truck driver for 37 years. June 6th 2021 I had a stroke. I felt vertigo and then I crawled in my sleeper. I went to sleep and I've then I died. I walked through a foggy tunnel and then into a Green valley where there was a majestic white tree about 180 ft tall. It was massive. Everybody was between the ages of 20 and 25 maybe 30. I didn't see any children. I didn't see any old people. Everybody was dressed in white. I felt like I was being downloaded. I just knew everything when this started. I could see the grass move and the leaves move but I could not feel the wind. Until I walked to the tree it was like a giant willow tree but everything was white. The leaves the bark, the stems everything. When I touch the tree more information flooded my mind . Hey! Fell completely loved. It was like love was a measurement and you could see how much people love by the glow of the person. The more brilliant you were, the more you loved. I also felt gratitude beyond belief. A voice told me in my head in God's time a thousand years is one day of God's time. 1 hour is 42 years. One minute is 242 days. One second is 39 hours. And then I heard my mother call my name. And the next thing I know I was back in my truck with vertigo. Yes, I'm a religious man. It taught me to be more kind to be more loving to be generous and to treat everybody with respect, no matter who they are. It also taught me gratitude. I talked to God everyday when I go to work at 4:00 in the morning. I'm grateful for the second chance. I'm not as scared to die anymore. I'm actually looking forward to it.😂😂😂 The voice said do your very best and God will do the rest. And that's my plan ❤

What I get from my guides on loosing babies, children and young people is they were already perfected to the point they no longer needed to be in this earthly realm. They had no extra work or lessons to learn other than to teach us how precious of a gift living is. I'm sorry for your loss and understand your emotions. But there is a larger picture going on all the time that we have blinders too.

I have not had an NDE, but in 1972 I was the Chief Respiratory Therapist at the Eureka General Hospital in Eureka, California. I was having my morning coffee when I was called to the Emergency Room and to bring a ventilator for a patient coming from surgery. I got the ventilator and went to the ER to wait for the patient. As I was standing there, I suddenly felt a force in the lower part of my body near my feet, and the force was swirling and rising up into my body. I thought " what is going on here?" The force kept rising and entered my chest and then my head and when it had filled me up I was in Perfect Peace and I said the name of "Jesus". After that, they brought the patient into the ER and I moved to place the patient on the ventilator. I felt like my hands were being guided as I was doing my work. After the patient was on the ventilator he was moved to the ICU. After this amazing experience, I had no fear of death and knew that Jesus was always with me.......Sal : )

I also had a similar experience. My husband was in intensive care. I was in the waiting room praying. I was asking God for the peace that passeth understanding. As I was praying, I suddenly felt my feet warming, and then the warmth was coming up my body getting warmer and warmer until it reached the top of my head. The peace I felt at that moment was the greatest feeling of my life. I went home knowing I could trust God to handle things. I had a bath and the best nights sleep of my life. I now always know I have God with me no matter what may happens.
Much more complex than this.
Start with something like research done by: Peter Fenwick, Pim van Lommel, or Ian Stevenson books, or even Tom Shroder book (kind of easy to digest view of the research done by Ian Stevenson). As that is opening a new chapter, still connected with research regarding something like a consciousness and what exactly reality is. And that is an eye opening stuff, especially Fenwick, with the research of "what happens when you die", and his youtube interview: "What Really Happens When You Die | Peter Fenwick's Studies of End-of-Life-Phenomena", as Fenwick did research at various hospitals, hospices, talking to professional nurses, doctors and also patients and their families. Pim van Lommel have done similar work.
Or go for somebody like Donald Hoffman, to hear another scientist of how our brains perceive reality and how not everything is as it seems. Ar even go for current research into conciousness or even quantum physic (Or reven approaching people like Tom Campbell and his youtube video: "Anu Physics Experiment and the Implications for Everyone"). And that is not even approaching issue of reality as a "simulation"...
And also research from Fenwick is interesting too, especially regarding the "process of dying" and what people have been reporting. My own conclusion from those kind of researches?:
"At some point whatever is happening, that something will know everything about you (sort of when at the end your whole life will pass before your eyes in 1 second), and then will show you your own parents who have already passed away, or somebody you knew that is no longer alive (granparends, friends and so on).
Sometimes it will also let you say a final goodby to people around you, as you will know that you will die a few hours later stil laying in a bed in hospital (interesting feedbacks from medical professionals there too; even based on my own experience while working for a large hospital trust; 15K employees, almost 1K patients).
But it is not actually that person, not your friend, or parent, or grandparent. It is simply somebody/something that is scanning you at some last moments, know everything about you at that point, and give you an image of somebody you knew or something familiar to you - so the final process of dying will be easier. "
My sister had a ruptured brain aneurysm 5 days ago. I go see her every morning at the ICU and I am deeply shocked like the rest of my family. Just listening to this woman gives me hope for my sister.

Praying. My brother’s wife had this 3 yrs ago this Feb. She walks a mile or more a day with him. She does have to hold his hand. She has started therapy again for her balance, and her leg. If there is a bump in the sidewalk, a high curb, she needs help.
I had an argument with my partner tonight. He is another room. When your story said "do better" I realised anger won't help. I went to get him.

Mary emphasised that what she learnt from her experience was how important it was to have "compassion". That's interesting because an Australian neurosurgeon Dr.Chris O'Brian , who before he died was asked in an interview what his biggest regret was. He replied "I wish I had shown my patients and their family more empathy and compassion". Something for the doctors and nurses out there to think about.
Empathy is a quality sought in prospective medical students in US now. I am in UK and was a nurse. There were/are arrogant pigs in all professions. But empathy is more acceptable these days. Doctors interact more with patients. Their views and consent. Thanks to this woman's testimony. Sorry she had to be landed in a place full of hicks who wear all their clothes, use a match or candle going to get ready for bed in utter darkness. 😁
It is important, however as with any job, familiarity breeds complacency - after you've seen the 10th person crying out in pain in the ED/A&E that evening, by 0300, finding vestiges of empathy is difficult - self-survival instinct may kick in (as you're tired, but also seeing so much empathy, part of ones subconcsious brain must distance us from this suffering, to reduce the chance of suffering onself, and to be able to go on). On top of this, currently in the country where I work, the medical profession is on it's knees due to massive staff shortages - so the staff are very overworked, and when you get to work and you're mostly firefighting to get to the next firefight, finding reserves of compassion is very, very difficult. We don't have time to pause and reflect how we're doing let alone the time to stop and enquire more about the person - it wasn't like this even 5-7 years ago - before this we had time to talk like humans, now we are trying to help as many people as quickly as possible, because no one else will. The public doesn't know this. Last week was our busiest week ever. So yes, you may say "Something for the doctors and nurses out there to think about," the truth is harder to acknowledge. We need many, many more doctors to be able to provide more compassionate care, otherwise we're all going to burn out. Daily I try to reflect and be compassionate. On the other hand, EVERY profession should show compassion - lawyers, coffee baristas, TV engineers.
So agree as a RN for decades
When I was a teenager I called out to the world that what this world lacks most is compassion. Compassion and love is the noblest thing we *all* can give.
Not just people in the medical field, but everyone.

I had an NDE after a motorbike crash (My own riding silliness whilst wife heavily pregnant) 11 years ago. Whilst in surgery stitching together my liver and fixing broken bones. I saw myself on my hospital bed, but was in this dark void of nothingness black with no space. I could see me and the sheets with hospital name on them, but it was a knowing and not actually seeing with my eyes. I noticed a figure of a man walking around me in a what looked to be white robe but washed many times (Lost its shine white). He spoke to me exactly how I spoke to my daughter saying "Why you don't listen to me, how many times do I need to tell you". (I had been riding silly). I had tears rolling down my face. The tears that I had disappointed my father. He saw the tears and my regret, he said its going to be OK and wrapped his arms around me, except they went through me and I heard the beeping of the heart monitor machine. The surgeons put me into a Coma and stitched me up. The surgeon came to see me some days later when they woke me. He told me I was very lucky as they thought they had already lost me.
People can say what they like, but there is certainly something that happens when we die, as this lady mentioned in the video, a love that is not human, it was a love that brings tears to my eyes every time I give my testimony. When I tell friends they don't doubt as they know me and can see when I talk about it, that its deeper than the words or a story. There is more after you lose your life in your body. God bless and do not live in fear of death.

Thank you for sharing Troy. I had a NDE at the age of 15 years old. I was very hormonal and I got grounded by my mother. So I thought she didn't love me. My mother said she found me with a suicide letter to her and foam coming out of my mouth in my bedroom. She said she and another person drove me to the ER. I don't remember this part . But I do remember when I saw myself in the hospital ER and everyone working on me. I remember the two angels (my spiritual guides) said to me that it wasn't my time to go, I had to stay. I brought back a sense of knowing things after that. Such as I hear spirits and know things now before they happen. I have visits from other souls that have crossed over to have me deliver messages to total strangers. I brought back a knowledge of a lot of things. Let me tell all of you this... That we never really die. We actually live forever. We are here in our physical bodies to learn lessons here on earth. Reincarnation is very very true. Most deny this but I can tell you that we choose what lessons we want to learn and we choose our parents and many others in our life. Don't hold grudges towards people we don't get along with. Just try to remember that maybe they haven't advanced spiritually yet. Or maybe they have to repeat the karmic situation again the next time until they figure it out. We are ALL ONE. We are ALL souls having a human experience. Love is everything. Learn to let go of All negativity around you as quickly as possible because you truly bring in more negativity into your life by not thinking positive. God bless you all today and everyday ❣️
I believe you because when your unconscious you let go of your beliefs we are separated from God. Gods love for us is perfect. I felt that same unconditional love & acceptance of God sitting at a wedding. Unbelievable experience ❤ grew within me daily. Seems crazy but it’s not. I stumbled on this accidentally and found her experience was so similar to my own, I am sure God must have brought me to it as a reminder he gave me a second chance over 25 years ago when I had a brain stem stroke. My vertebral arteries dissected at age 38, and I almost died. I have been going through a very deep depression lately, and listening to Mary has given me hope again, and reason to want to live. Hi Catleen if you don't mind me asking, could you please tell me what were your symptoms of the brain stem stroke? I myself been feeling very weird lately. Dizziness and numbness at the back of the brain and neck for a month now, heart racing and irregular heartbeat from time to time, left blurry eye, loss of appetite and difficulty to eat, etc. It's very important for me to know the symptoms and how it was diagnosed. Thank you so very much for sharing this incredible story. I lost my husband over 5 years ago after he fell and broke his head. We too made a pact early in our marriage that we were not to let the other live artificially just to keep the other alive. After the Drs told me they performed the "Hail Mary" surgery, it was now up to him. I told him with my heart that he should run straight to Jesus and don't look back. That' I'd be fine and not hold it against him. I knew he wouldn't want to come back. He was a loving and caring man who thought about everyone's needs before his own. We both were practicing Catholics and I am still trying as you say you are. To love deeper, care more intently. He wanted his whole body donated and he saved 4 people's lives with his excellent heart, liver and kidneys. I told them to take whatever they needed as that's what he telepathically told me, before he was pronounced legally dead. About 5-6 months later I found a newspaper clipping in his wallet from 30 years prior, 1990, the year our daughter was born. It simply and beautifully stated exactly what we did, "Donate all of me to help others in need to have a better life". Thank you for sharing as this confirms in my heart he is with our Lord and Creator. Blessings. (don't know why there's a number after my name).

I have been pondering on that as well. So many people think they are in the correct religion and everyone else is wrong. Sad. I had someone tell me entire groups of people in 2 particular religions are all going to hell. Amazing how some people are so narrow minded. If it were true it would be an incredible waste of human life…serving a very strict god with no mercy. God has to expect people to be confused with which religion is the “correct” one seeing they are going off of what there family and friends taught them growing up. I hope we all get back to heaven too.
@@Edoc-kc9mnI feel the same. Plus many are born in a certain part of the world or culture or family, and many adopt the religion handed down to them from their parents, and this effects them with their beliefs.
Then why do we all treat each other so differently. There's supposedly only one way we should all want to be treated but that doesn't seem to be the case. Some people hate kindness and friendliness and trustworthiness. They see it as desperation, nothing more than something to be taken advantage of and that's the way they live their lives. They're only interested in evil people who can teach them to be more evil. I don't know how I or anyone good is connected to people like that. I can understand them now but I've never felt connected to them.
@@australien9455 Good question. I believe we're also supposed to love ourselves because if we're not here for ourselves, nobody else will be. This is especially true for women in every culture.
I've heard some NDErs say that they found out they need to cut their spouses or adult children out of their lives because they're being bullied by them. We're also held accountable for how we allow ourselves to be treated too. It's all about creating a good balance and having good boundaries.
@@Edoc-kc9mn I asked my rabbi, many years ago, about why we have so many religions here on Earth, if we are all one. He said, "G-d gave us free will, and many people find their path to G-d in many different ways. G-d, knowing this, hopes we will find that oneness, which is Divine, rather than focus on the minutae of difference. I also saw an answer given in a Turkish serial, where a vizier, or counsellor to the Sultan, asks about diversity.. Different pots of coloured flowers were removed from a cart in which many sat. The imam says, "just as there is more beauty in all these different pots of flowers, so Allah loves the beauty of diversity".
As a person who oscillated between atheism and monotheism, everyday I am convinced more that there's something beyond this life and it's like nothing we have ever imagined. In the sense that God is not your classic biblical vengeful god, or the concepts of heaven or hell... Perhaps we came to remember what we forgot in the moment of our descent into this world, our true nature, which is love and selflessness. These two people were marvelous, they truly loved.

The OT God is the Demuirge, the Creator God, but is actually a God of limits, as matter is a limit itself. In the OT, he tells us how vengeful he is. The God of the New Testament is the all Omnipotent God. A God so great that He is ineffable. This is the God above all others, the one who sent Christ and the Holy Spirit (Sophia is her name) to save us from the OT Demuirge God. Now it makes sense why Jesus Christ needed to save humanity. A few months ago I had a thyroid imbalance which caused me serious depression. I remember laying in bed praying and asking God to please remove the sadness from my life. I dozed off and had a quick vision of God (enveloped in bright bright light) and He said to me “I await for you in heaven, but your time has not come”. Some time after I began my healing process and I praise God every day I spend here (awaiting my time with Him in Heaven). Praise God 🙌

I had an NDE dream in 1995...it changed my thinking on many things. I was told specifically to "Love Everyone...it is the only reason you are here and the only thing you take with you when you go". I had a nearly identical thing happen to me. Widowmaker heart attack. No breathing or pulse for 31 minutes. Brought me back with continuous CPR, then four days in ICU induced coma. No brain damage. And back to work after 8 weeks post double bypass surgery.

I compare the love I felt in the presence of God as being, 7000 times more than what I have ever felt in this life on earth. The light was brighter than the sun but was warm and comforting and made me feel like a baby in a blanket being held by its loving mother. I was also in a space not outside or inside and was accompanied by two beings acting as guides. No verbal communication was taking place, but I understood what was expected of me.
That’s exactly what is mentioned in the Quran.

I wasn't there when my husband died last Thursday. He was in the hospital 3 months. He went there to have his leg removed and then complications. We both never realized he was that Ill.. It is extremely difficult for those that remain. We have a 15 yr old. He is doing ok for now. Seeing this is a reminder of why we are all here. Me and my husband were believers. He went home to be with God.

Catholicism is very close to being baptist, but they worship graven images of mother Mary and Jesus, although these are good images, these are worldly graven images. In the 10 commandments it says to not worship graven images of any sort. Maybe you can check out baptisim.
Elsewhere he commands that statues and other graven images be carved for religious purposes. The Catholic Church permits statues because they remind us of unseen things, but it condemns the idolatry of statue worship.

I'm not a professional, but I'm the same way. I've watched dozens of these videos and have been struck by how sincere and compelling they are. Every once in a while I'll hear something that sounds a questionable note or someone who's trying to retrofit their experience onto their pre-existing religious faith. But that can be attributable to the shortcomings of human language when trying to describe something indescribable. I've been an atheist/agnostic my entire life but the sheer number of these stories make it impossible to dismiss as mere hallucinations or wishful thinking. I feel like it goes back to Plato and his theory of the Forms and the immortality of the soul. There's something to it and reason to be hopeful that death is not final. The spirit goes on living somewhere outside of corporeal space and time.

There are a few verses that you are referring too; there are none righteous no not one & your righteousness is like filthy rags- in context both verses are telling you what God thinks of good works. For by grace you have been saved through faith and that not of yourselves it is the gift of God , not of works lest anyone should boast. This verse describes in great detail that salvation is a gift - it cannot be earned, merited or deserved. Throughout the Bible salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, many people have visions, dreams and experiences. But nothing compares to or overrides the Bible, God’s word is perfect truth - man on the other hand makes mistakes and assumes it is the almighty.
I had a near death experience as well. A heart attack put me into intensive care, and I received 8 shocks to my heart, and then progressive care for 18 days, during which I was in a coma medically induced. About 5 months later, as I was waking one morning, God came to me and said that I have been granted 12more years. I have been growing day by day in my walk, and My sole prayer is that I may do God's will for the remainder of my life. Thank you for your relating your experience in such a heartfelt way. The other day I saw a bumper sticker on a car and it said DO BETTER. As the days and weeks went by that sticker kept popping into my head and I really started thinking what it truly meant. Now after watching this video it all seems to make sense to me. How much are we loving our fellow man? What more can we do to show Gods love here on earth. There’s always more we can do!! We need to take love to the next level here on earth. Tell people that are hurting that they are loved and that you personally love them. That is the language of the universe folks. I loved your story! I have also worked in medical field and hospice and I have recently lost numerous people personally in my own life! I have been a leader in my church and in faith! The last five years I have felt abandoned by my church family biological family friends etc.. mostly of my own doing and pushing away! I have grown distant from my deep level of understanding of the Bible, God and love. It's been a huge battle to forgive, love, live and understand. I have been bitter and paralyzed with fear. I have had a horrific time letting go and surrendering and getting back to the evangelical loving, giving, empathetic human I used to be. I lost my companion and best friend forever Oct 17 he was 51 years old 😭 he was homeless when we met he suffered from mental illness alcohol and substance abuse he was my humble giant he had a fentanyl overdose last year I cared for him in a coma until he woke up always provided for his needs his family didn't acknowledge me and my son at the funeral I thank God 🙏🏽 we had a good 5 year's together

I too have been to that pink "room". I was also told it wasn't my time. I didn't reach her level of speaking to God but I did have a quick chat withhis son before being returned. While I was there I felt at home. I felt the presence of every person who ever lived and who ever will live. Strange but true. It was amazing.

I died twice during my career as an intelligence officer. The last time the doctor worked on me for over an hour but eventually gave up. Enroute to the morgue I awoke nearly giving the attendate a heart attack. He rushed me to the ER and the same doctor that tried to save me said, you can't be alive. When I told him about going to the Veil and seeing people that I loved but were dead and of talking to God. He said, It could only have been God who brought uou back.

She couldn't communicate and i have no idea if she could sense or hear us when we were allowed to be at her ICU bedside during visit hours. We were called when she was sinking and we were extremely lucky that they allowed us to be around her for 2 hours until she passed. My brother, my husband, one of my uncles and I were praying over her . I was holding her right hand which was limp and lifeless. I am comforted by the thought that she is with God. I am grateful to her for just about everything. I'm grateful to the ICU staff for making this exception to their rules and letting us be around her till as you say, God took her hand. God bless you 💕
I lost my dear mommy this June to cancer. She is a very generous, kind lady who had unflinching faith in God, Krishna. Cancer tormented and tortured her body. During her last hours, she lost her consciousness but I had the biggest honour of my life to be there with her praying and singing Krishna hymns and sending her off to the spiritual abode when she breathed her last. I can't wait to see her again on the other side when I cross over. For now I take heart that having shed the suffering body, Amma is now happy and blissful in the eternal realm. But I do miss her, at times terribly.

The lifeguard at my gym passed away last Thursday. He was healthy and swam almost every day. He was thin and he rarely sat down, while he was doing his lifeguard duties. It puts life and death in perspective.
My former supervisor at my previous job passed away suddenly. She wasn’t the healthiest but she did exercise most out of all employees, even competed in a few marathons. She passed away all of a sudden one month after a health issue surfaced and it was very painful for everyone at work. It made me question if I was actually living the life I want. I left the job eventuality yet I’m still trying to find my own authentic way of living true to myself. Our days are numbered. None of us can escape death, no matter what we try to do. So when your time is up, whether it is 50 years from now, 15, 1 year or tomorrow, it is important to ask, have you lived a life true to yourself, have you been kind to others, do you have any regrets, and so on.
We all need to pray - to pray without ceasing. God wants to hear from us. Give Him glory. Pray for our needs but more importantly - pray for each other

Happy New Year! Thank you for your heartfelt story. I had a NDE when I was an infant. I remember the experience, amazingly. I fell off the top bunk when I was 9 months old and cracked my skull on the corner of a table. I left my body and merged with the most profound union with god. I was one with all love, all wisdom, all living things, all time.. it's all connected! It was complete bliss and I knew this feeling from before. God and I decided to have me go back, but with the agreement I would remember the awareness of my union with love and stay awake to it! I could see from that vantage point that people were unaware of the level of love we are connected to. I must say, I haven't accomplished my mission completely. I struggle with fear, and limited awareness on a daily basis. I came down with cancer last year and now I am extra motivated to wake up and recall and practice MORE LOVE on a daily basis. Compassion for self is so important too. This world is surely challenging, but we must try to love, be still and know GOD, and know god loves us. God Bless!!!!!

Dawn this is wonderful! Did you recently have a stroke? I had a close friend about your age have a stroke also. She had no health issues. She had the covid shot 2 months prior but doesn't know what caused the stroke. Was curious since you are a nurse if you got the shot and noticed anything after.... time line of the stroke.

Lost a brother the same way,2003.Had a daughter a few years after.Never told my daughter I had a brother,she didn't know his name, nothing.When she was three I was over my parents house with her and she was out back on a swing and I could see her from the Deck and looked like she was talking to her self.We got home and hours later she told me she was talking to her uncle,my brother.Said what his name was and he told her I am your uncle.It freaked me out to this day.
When I ask her about it now,she is 16,she has no recollection of it.She also told my wife at the time it happened she got a visit by her uncle and named him by name.I can't explain it,but I can tell you they are around us, some how, some way.

It’s not easy because I have been so self centered all of my life but I believe I can because God has given me an inkling of how much He loves all of us and I have a responsibility to pass it on.

Because anybody with any level of compasion and understanding... would never become politician in the first place. All driven by money, greed, ego and various corporate and goepolitical interests, that treat people like a commodity. No common ground between those approaches.

There is a higher order and purpose to the seeming chaos that is our existence and experience.
What seems wrong for one person in our eyes might be right for them at this given time because it is a necessary experience that they need to go through in order to eventually arrive at a higher plane of understanding, acceptance, compassion and love for themselves and others.
So its important to understand that we give others our highest love by understanding this dynamic and accepting that everyone is here to grow at their own pace, through the life stages and the experiences that inform us, teach us and are pivotal to our growth.

My mom told me about NDE experiences that folks have had and it intrigued me. I set out to watch several and see what was said I’ve even read a boot regarding a preachers NDE. This story by far connected with me and i believe it’s because of the genuine way in which it was told. It’s tough to believe in something you have never seen , touched. However i do believe in God and Jesus but there’s always that question in my mind and until i see them i will always have that question. I wonder if we all enter this realm of eternity, or get refused if we don't fallow the "script/rules". Some NDE seem to describe being totally excepted, but other Spiritual teachings point towards fallowing a certain path, which seems way to complex to achieve.

This was an incredible one. I’ve seen many NDE stories. She’s right, it is very hard to love people who aren’t easy to love. What a purpose her story gives to people. Love isn’t valued much in life anymore. I’m so glad to hear it still has meaning in the world beyond ours and that loving others isn’t a weakness. The tunnel experience feels like you have thousands of tiny straps, microscopic versions of those used on a bicycle rack to hold a package, that are breaking in rapid fire sequence, producing a sensation of freedom like we in the physical cannot imagine otherwise.

God is amazing as He only manifests in the lives of those who truly believe in Him and obey Him. Thank you so much for sharing this experience with us. The interesting part was when you said you 'submitted yourself to God'. That is surrendering. Surrendering is a spiritual/psychological principle that works and is very real. I am not religious but I believe in the spiritual force of all things.
Steve Taylor wrote a book 'Out of the Darkness - from Turmoil to Transformation' that described people who had undergone permanent spiritual awakening through the act of 'surrender' after intense trauma and turmoil in their lives. Paul Brunton, a spiritual teacher, also described how the act of surrender is the trigger that opens oneself to receiving 'God's grace' that can bring in spiritual help, intense peace and move events into one's favour.
Meditation helps to turn our attention away from the outside world of the five senses and focus in upon the interior world of our Consciousness. Our Consciousness is a form of energy. Our Consciousness is connected to Cosmic Consciousness or in religious terms, God. Everything is a Sea of Vibratory Consciousness.

@@paula-pw7yd I haven't experienced it myself. I have read many spritual books that all say the same thing regarding the principle of 'surrender'. You need to get to a place where having exhausted all practical means you finally come to that moment where you are desperate and finally you turn to God or Higher Power and say, 'Okay, I give up. Pleaase help me!' It's a good book because it reveals to the reader that many ordinary people have experienced this - more than most people realize. People in war time have experienced it when faced with impending death. You finally 'accept' and resign yourself to the outcome and that is when it may happen that a blanket of peace overcomes you.

I had a similar experience with God while having a heart attack 4 yrs ago. I was depressed too when I came back because his presence was so pure and I felt so loved by him. Nothing on earth compares to that feeling. I now love and connect deeper with others because of him.

I had a near death experience 18 years ago when I was 31 years old. I was sent back too and I heard a man’s voice told me that I need to go back because my kids were too young and the man’s voice told me to help people as my mission. I was mad for awhile that I got sent back.
It's something so vivid and profound, you never forget. I had 2 NDE's and was upset about being back but the memory of being received with pure compassion and unconditional love without judgement of any kind, remembering who we all truly are, Pure awareness and unconditional love, reminds me to do my best to live from that state, the true "I AM" rather than from the egoic, judgmental, conditioned state, which has a certain habit and momentum to it.

A friend of mine had a similar experience. He was upset at first for being sent back. "Cold" was his first feeling.

Absolutely beautiful testimony. Thanks for telling us. I had the similar, and came back, cause my time to go was not then. God gave me another 50 years and more. Thank God.
For me, it was a powerful force telling me that my Family will be fine without me. It said don't worry. Then immediate calm. That was the moment I also bled out and stopped breathing. After 3 weeks in shock trauma, I woke up and was taken to a regular hospital bed. Our first child was born 3 weeks later. The experience still doesn't make sense but it was very real.
This is one of the very best stories that I ever heard of regarding NDE's. I am blown away. I actually have a story myself, but Mary was so very descriptive that I dare not tell mine (anytime soon). Her husband is a really devoted and truly loving man and is so lucky, blessed to have her.
