Great thanks! It's always a suprise when you start doing new exercises because the next day you ache in places you'd never imagine. When you're doing the exercise you can feel where it's targetting but then ache in different place having worked a muscle you didn't know you were working!

Omg the tops of my arms started to hurt so bad! A little muscle near the back of my shoulders was on fire!! Such a hard workout but felt great to finish.
I had to stop a few times because my mat got sweaty and I was losing my grip :/ I'd rather pause for a few seconds though than fall flat on my face!! XD
WOW! This is so intense and I'm so close to making it through. Her continuous reassurances really make all the difference. I can't wait to see the day where I can say I made it through...but until then I can only hope! :)

I had to stop twice. I had a hard time catching my balance when extending the leg and bringing it in. Also, I have some upper back issues, so I had to break in between push ups reps. It feels awesome!! Love this, do it 5x per week :-) Can't wait until I can make it through the whole thing...probably gonna take a few months lol
did it, killed my low back, had to put in a few extra down dogs to counter that, and a moment or two with knees down, otherwise all the way thru. thanks for a great workout!

Hey Katherine ! Dont be discouraged ! Just push through the workout even though you have to keep resting. You'll get better at it over time as you keep trying :D
One thing I always say in my head while working out it "Oh, so you feel like you're gonna die? You won't. Now two more times!" Then I repeat that. :) REALLY helps me

I rested for 3 seconds after a few exercises. Though I shouldn't, that's my best and I did the whole workout. And I did my best, i was dripping sweat all over my mat.
Honey this is tough! My 14 year old and I tried it together. We made it to 4 minutes and a 22 seconds. I like it though and plan on posting when I make it through the whole video.
