    Casey is so positive and seems so nice and it really helps to do the workout. It's almost like being with a friend even though I'm on my own. And it also cheered me up as I was so depressed today.

    I loved your video. So fun.

    I love this routine! I was super bloated and heavy for days on end last week, I did this video once and I've seen an improvement!

    I'm really out of shape and tried a couple if your routines and realized I can't even attempt this anymore without first starting to eat healthy again and going for long walks and stretching. I know if I get that stuff out of the way this part will be much more enjoyable :)

    I love you videos, any person who loves healthy smoothies this if for you and cassy-
    Spinach mango pineapple strawberry& cucumber mix it up in a blender it's AMAZING I've replaced it with fizzy drinks and it's a great institute for it!!

    Just finished the sleek arms video and tuned in to this, but so far my ChaCha abs, feel more like arm bars! The burn says it's working right?!?! Staying strong with Cassey, who's with me?!?!? :D

    I've made this recipe so many times ..know it by heart .. and never leftovers, everyone eats it up :o) Sweet Potato Souffle - 5 lbs Sweet Potatoes - 3 eggs - 2/3 C. sugar - 2/3 C. melted butter - 1/3 C. heavy whipping cream - 1 teasp vanilla - 1/2 teasp ground nutmeg - 1/2 teasp alspice ->> topping - 1 C. packed brown sugar - 1 C. chopped pecans - 1/2 C. all purpose flour - 1/3 C. butter >>> Heat oven to 350 - grease 4 qt. baking dish >> next post ..how to throw together ..

    I have been doing 30 minutes of Pilates every day (just mix and match different LiveStrong Woman videos; they are a great resource!), and have lost nearly 10 pounds. Just stick with it, along with a good 20 or 30 minutes of cardio a day and, most importantly, be sure to eat healthy amounts of healthy food. After two months, you'll look and feel so great! Good luck!! :)

    boil sweet potatoes in a nice big pot of water ..til fork goes through easily ..set aside, drain, let cool. After potatoes are cooled down, peel skin off .. In a large bowl, beat eggs, throw in sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, vanilla, nutmeg, alspice, cream ..mix with a mixer until very creamy and smooth-spread evenly in the baking dish >> topping- mix brown sugar, flour, pecans,butter mix together until well blended, sprinkle on top- Bake uncovered for 1 hour until brown and bubbly ..YUM!

    boiled kale is the best! try adding a bit of salt and minced garlic with a little butter....its THE best :)

    Hi Cassey and LiveStrong! I've been watching your videos and have been subscribed since around October and I was wondering if you have have any workouts for helping maintain a good posture? I was just wondering because I've been having a lot of back issues due to umm....the fact that I have been filling out in one particular area.     heyy i need some help..
    i have a sixpack, toned arms and legs.. BUT I STILL LOOK LIKE 6th MONTH PREGNANT!!
    my belly is bloated EVERY DAY and i feel so uncomforteble :(
    no matter how many workouts i do or what i eat i have a bloated belly!! this is so anoying and i can't enjoy my meal bcs i can't stop thinking about my pregnant belly..
    any ideas what i could do? my parents don't take me seriously when i tell them i feel bad about myself
