Casey is so positive and seems so nice and it really helps to do the workout. It's almost like being with a friend even though I'm on my own. And it also cheered me up as I was so depressed today.
I'm really out of shape and tried a couple if your routines and realized I can't even attempt this anymore without first starting to eat healthy again and going for long walks and stretching. I know if I get that stuff out of the way this part will be much more enjoyable :)

I've made this recipe so many times ..know it by heart .. and never leftovers, everyone eats it up :o) Sweet Potato Souffle - 5 lbs Sweet Potatoes - 3 eggs - 2/3 C. sugar - 2/3 C. melted butter - 1/3 C. heavy whipping cream - 1 teasp vanilla - 1/2 teasp ground nutmeg - 1/2 teasp alspice ->> topping - 1 C. packed brown sugar - 1 C. chopped pecans - 1/2 C. all purpose flour - 1/3 C. butter >>> Heat oven to 350 - grease 4 qt. baking dish >> next post ..how to throw together ..

I have been doing 30 minutes of Pilates every day (just mix and match different LiveStrong Woman videos; they are a great resource!), and have lost nearly 10 pounds. Just stick with it, along with a good 20 or 30 minutes of cardio a day and, most importantly, be sure to eat healthy amounts of healthy food. After two months, you'll look and feel so great! Good luck!! :)
boil sweet potatoes in a nice big pot of water ..til fork goes through easily ..set aside, drain, let cool. After potatoes are cooled down, peel skin off .. In a large bowl, beat eggs, throw in sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, vanilla, nutmeg, alspice, cream ..mix with a mixer until very creamy and smooth-spread evenly in the baking dish >> topping- mix brown sugar, flour, pecans,butter mix together until well blended, sprinkle on top- Bake uncovered for 1 hour until brown and bubbly ..YUM!

I love the move where your legs go all the way back to the floor. It really loosens up my back. I notice from day to day I can have a different range of flexibility with this move. strange!

heyy i need some help.. i have a sixpack, toned arms and legs.. BUT I STILL LOOK LIKE 6th MONTH PREGNANT!! my belly is bloated EVERY DAY and i feel so uncomforteble :( no matter how many workouts i do or what i eat i have a bloated belly!! this is so anoying and i can't enjoy my meal bcs i can't stop thinking about my pregnant belly.. any ideas what i could do? my parents don't take me seriously when i tell them i feel bad about myself
