    God. The whole chat sections gives me such flashbacks to the way creeps would talk on Gaia Online back in the day. Now I'm an adult and fully aware I was basically being groomed by creeps online lol, that word didn't exist in society's vocabulary yet. It was just "don't use your real name (I didn't) don't tell them where you live (I didn't) don't tell them your age (I was ~10 pretending to be 15 lol)" Beyond that... we didn't know. What a mess

He will help much better than an anonymous person who will be able to manipulate you into doing whatever he wants. And a little bit of advice: "If you go to the Dark Web, you have to know 100% what you want, if you lose focus from the goal you envisioned, it's already too late. I went to college with John Musbach - not only that, but he was my direct dormroom neighbor in freshman year. I am in many ways shocked by these revelations, but also not surprised he was that much of an idiot to try and hire a hitman. John was in some ways mentally challenged. It's hard to get a read on him, and I'm not a doctor or psychiatrist, but he was among the more autistic people I've ever met in my life. He was very smart about certain things in computer science, but profoundly lacked a lot of common sense. Socially he was very quiet and had an almost catatonic affect - he kind of came off like he had been kicked in the head by a horse. He was infamous for peeing in the communal showers in the dorms, and defending the practice in our internal listserv mailinglist. I'm just dumping memories at this point, but he was.... not all there. Not at all defending this disgusting outcome, but I do lament that he clearly did not integrate with society such that he ended up finding outlets through nefarious means.

      @evryhndlestakn 7 месяцев назад

      Thats out of it, you must have thought or said "What! Wait, omg" or similar, not saying he was anyone but a name from college but still surprising.
      Yeah, he certainly conducted himself with a bit to much awarness of & knowing exactly what he was doing.
      Poor kid but lucky kid as well, he did have good parents, so many are happy they arent being bothered rather than still having an awareness & interest in what their kids are doing. They gave him life & there's a more than reasonable chance they saved it also.
      Your "like he'd been kicked in the head by a horse" comment cracked me up.
      My stepsister is a little unique herself, One day I was drinking a cup of coffee & standing in the doorway facing outside watching the drizzling rain when my step sister paused just to the side of me, stood looking out for a moment & said "Be a nice day if it wasnt raining ay".
      Yeeess. I couldnt fault her logic. Yes it would be I imagine.
      I rarely see her due to geography among other things but not a unique comment for her, but harmless.
      Whereas John....with any luck that figurative "horse" that may have head kicked him will come back around the block with the rest of the herd.
      When thats their sexual interest it never changes, they cant "psychologize" them into appropriate age groups & their fantasy can adapt but it doesnt stop.
      They always seem to be happy to release them on the chance they WONT rather the equally possible if not more likely that they WILL.
      Thats a hell of a gamble they make with everyone's chidren on someone thats aready displayed methodical predatory behaviour let alone John who followed that up with a worse decision.
      I suppose he needed a hitman because it sounds like he lives a life shooting himself in the foot. Here's life advice he could take either way "Aim higher John".
      Peace

    Also liked the Edgar Wright+Shaun of the Dead style quick edit cuts to exhibit passage of time in the morning and breakfast before the second chat.
    I also liked how it played out as if the chat was happening in real time, made the story more immersive. A lot of work went into this sequence as well as editing in all the stock footage. I appreciate the production quality and effort.
    Last, can you tell me why "painless poison" costs $12,000 more than > "castration" ? Seems like the latter would be more labor intensive wouldn't it ? 😆
