Yes he does. This theme is a favorite of mine as is Star Trek First Contact. The music is simple and straightforward. It says something. You can almost predict where its going to go and it is satisfying. It's like it was meant for just you. Jerry Goldsmith was incredible. The music is so visceral and heartfelt. I'm so happy I can listen to it when I need to. Best wishes to you

David Cronenberg’s The Fly starring Jeff Goldblum and Geena Davis is far superior than the original film for a variety of reasons. 👍 😃 I still love the original The Fly with Vincent Price as it was a product of its time.

Catchy theme, I really like that curious beat/tempo...similar to Anvil of Crom from Conan ...which I love too !
Listen to the Capricorn One main titles and you will see where that similarities were derived from.
Original movie is far superior than the remake.
Like pretty much all remakes short of a rare few; I think only Scarface pulled it off, maybe the Thing too.

Amazing theme for an amazing movie made by an amazing compositor. Sometimes, you can even recognize a few Conan and Rambo first blood notes.
