this was so fun, you made that carving look so easy
Smelling stuff.. Lololol!! My husband laughs at me because when it's 'back to school' season, I'm always in the supplies isles because I just absolutely LOVE the smell of all the back to school stuff. That was always my favorite thing, growing up, was going school supply shopping and even now with my kids. Idk, just something about the pencils, erasers, crayons, notebooks, etc.. That I can't get enough of and for some reason, during the off season, the coloring supply isles just don't smell the same.
I think they don’t smell the same any other time of the year is because of the memories..Other times of the year aren’t as special to you so the smells just don’t hit the same! People tend to really love smells and situations that remind them of precious times 😊 I love going through the candle section myself, reminds me of when I used to with my grandmother..plus it’s fun to trick whoever I’m with into smelling a bad one!
Love how the stamps are mix n match. Too cute!
Amazing! What a great idea. Not only that, with all the expensive, fancy products out there, it is refreshing to know there are alternatives. I think we are exploited as crafters. If you're like me, I give everything away and live on a very limited budget. I have not pursued some craft ideas, simply due to expense. I wish I had your creative mind, but I'm thankful that you choose to show us via RUclips. Here in the States, we can get all these products at our Dollar Trees which everything is $1 US. Thanks so much.
Lots of great tips about safety and why you picked certain items. Thanks for showing this for newbies and those on a budget.
I love that you are using Dollar Store items. You are terrific!!
This was a terrific way for everyone to enjoy carving- thank you for sharing. Margy
You are so CLEVER!!! I’m going to see if my teenage grandkids would like to do this.
Great job 👏👏👏👏
Glad to find your video after pricing supplies needed to do block printing. The "$$$$" took the enthusiasm meter down to "0". So thanks for sharing and making a FUN alternative to yet another pricy craft.
love your hands and mindful manicure presentation
I love your tutorial! It was very creative and well explained! Thank you so much! I passed it on to my students because you explained the process so completely.
So cute I love them! I am new to stamping and this looks like a good intro into the hobby!
Love It! really like the designs and the fact they are affordable to make with dollar store supplies! keep it up :)
Wow! The stamps turned out a good print. Using markers are doable for me I am so impressed. 💜💛

Excellent and creative lesson. Thanks.🙏🏼👍🏼😍

If u want to make more I'd be happy to hit my local with your list and send u some materials. Just drop me a line if u want and we will figure out how to communicate. Thanks for sharing your time n talent!
Very cute.tyfs.if you don't mind me asking do you live in Canada is that why you said it was Canada prices?
Yes, I live in Canada and these are Canadian prices :) I'm hoping to get down to the US so I can do a US-Dollar Store version of this soon!
Keep the scraps from the erasers, to glue on another object, make designs
aw you need a real *dollar* store. DOLLAR TREE in my area is pretty bad ass cuz stuff truly is $1 items... but still quite a bit of stuff you got for a low price. so will that pencil transfer technique work for decent pink rubber erasers, too? (I'm wayyyy new to carving your own stamps out of erasers)
Pretty surprised to see this done without a lino carver
Thanks for the video. For me it would be helpful if you did a little more of the work in "real time". When you speed it up I can't really tell what you're doing as far as angle of cut and that sort of thing. It's kind of a blur, lol. But I look forward to trying this!
Thanks - I'd be happy to upload some more real-time stuff, and if you check out my channel, you'll find some Carve Along videos that are all in real time with further tips :)

Good video but too much hand movement and fidgeting
Yikes, cutting right toward your hand.
That quick camera panning is painful to the eyes. Otherwise, thank you for the video.
IT WOULD BE NICE TO TURN-UP YOUR VOLUME, SO WE CAN HEAR YOU BETTER., THANK YOU FOR YOUR DEMO. JOANNE
