Exercise is nothing without good nutrition. Problem is I have no idea about calories and nutrients. I'm using Next Level Diet plan and currently its working perfectly for me. 100% recommend

I started Round 1 with Advanced level but then my baby distracted me 😂 So I finished with Beginner level. But it's still amazing. I'm sweating 💪🏻💥 230 kcal for me.

so I caught up! this was a lot of fun! next time imma do low impact high impact cause I feel the low impact is better for a more controlled execution, also it allows to add resistance bands to more exercises. I especially liked and was humbled by the full frog sit-ups hahaha I think I skipped that group of muscles, loved the variety and music and everything! thank you!
