    Exercise is nothing without good nutrition. Problem is I have no idea about calories and nutrients. I'm using Next Level Diet plan and currently its working perfectly for me. 100% recommend

    Great workout... definitely one of your best for ABS.. really like the approach of two level of difficulty at the same time, so you can pick the best for your performance of the exercise.

    I started Round 1 with Advanced level but then my baby distracted me 😂 So I finished with Beginner level. But it's still amazing. I'm sweating 💪🏻💥 230 kcal for me.

      so I caught up! this was a lot of fun! next time imma do low impact high impact cause I feel the low impact is better for a more controlled execution, also it allows to add resistance bands to more exercises. I especially liked and was humbled by the full frog sit-ups hahaha I think I skipped that group of muscles, loved the variety and music and everything! thank you!
