I’m 5’4 160 lbs and definitely not a “hard core” person - but with no repeats and fun workouts mixed in, I’m able to keep up! Tbh I watch this on silent and play my own music but omg, I got about 500 calories!!!!!! (based on my 🍎 watch) however is this my favorite HIIT routine because it’s challenging, and I can actually finish it! Thank you for your content! For the first time in ever I actually am loosing weight and seeing real results physically and mentally!
It’s really burning and sweaty but it doesn’t let u feel so tired or worn out when doing this workout. Totally like it.👍🏻

I wanted to burn fat in small amounts as it would be easier for me. Watching your vids really helped me get a grip on how much I needed to burn, but also how much I needed to eat to keep it off. I looked up bodies that match my weight and height, to get a more accurate average burn per minute of jogging, then calibrated my sports watch to it. It's been working great with no hunger as I eat while I burn throughout the day. I'm comfortable with about a half pound a day of fat burned. Thank you for the vids.

You will still burn calories after working out. So yeah u may burn 300-400 calories during workou,but after that through out the day you can burn 700

Great workout! Please stop putting misleading calorie amounts on your workouts. There is absolutely no way this burns 700 calories. I burned 320
Don’t forget your body still burns calories threw out the day with high intensity workouts. So a total of 700. EPOC is the term i believe, exercise post oxygen consumption. So no, it’s not misleading. Just correcting you.
@@Demoniczombie firstly, throughout, not threw out. Secondly, you keep burning calories no matter if you work out or not. How can you attribute the calories you burn to the workout you did hours ago? How many of those calories are due to the workout?

If they intended to count all the calories this workout will burn for the next 24 hours, that’s what they should have said. How about you do some research? See how many calories this workout burns you and then count how many more it causes your body to use compared to a day you didn’t do this workout
