    My legs are shaking but from a good feeling! Awesome workout! I did this once but only did till 17 minutes as my legs were paining but today I tried it again and I am so happy that I was able to complete the entire workout! Thank you girls! 🔥 🔥

    Would love a 30 min dance style aerobic hiit workout , with easy moves that would be fun. Also 10 min routine for arms with weights? One like the get Madonna's arms on pop sugar.

    Sorry, but the video's workout wasn't 45 minutes. There were only 25 minutes of workout time if we substrate the 5 minutes of warmup. I recommend being more honest in the title and description of the videos.
